Let’s see here. The visit in question, about 30 minutes before the store closed, went downhill very quickly, giving me the worst experience a bad experience can subject a customer to and permanently closed my mind to any further Wendy’s experience. I placed an online order for myself and a friend, assuming a quick, most like flawless experience. I am not a huge fan of fast food in general, but harbored no bad feelings towards Wendy’s at all. I watched a commercial advertising a huge sandwich called S'Awesome Bacon Cheeseburger Double and I was practically drooling at the thought of eating one. I ordered said cheeseburger as a medium meal, and placed my friend’s order of 4 for 4, paying online to slipstream the experience further. I waited 5 minutes or so to leave and arrived 15 minutes later thinking I was late and would probably get a sack of food not at its hottest. The manager was working the drive up window and she had no idea what I was talking about when I said I was picking up an online order. Miraculously, it showed up at that moment, which was not a problem to me because I was going to get a hot freshly prepared bag of food after all. The manager read my order to me verbatim , I replied I was craving that S’awesom Burger real bad. I waited, and waited, and waited, but the thought of the hot meal I was about to receive kept my mood elevated. Finally, I got my food and drinks, rushed home, opens that bag only to find that the 4 for 4 my friend ordered was what he expected. What was left for me was a jr. hamburger without cheese that was ice cold, dry as hell on a stale bun. A small order or cold fries was included. The sweet tea was as ordered though. I was so angry! How in the hell did this happen? I tried to complain online immediately, but couldn’t because I didn’t have the store number, and could not locate it. Was rude to me when i was trying to figure out what i wanted bc i can only have certain things to eat now since my surgery and I had to look over the menu again to see what i could get to eat.. Was rude about my frosty key fob.. I had my daughter go on and order since i didnt know what i wanted yet and she used my fob and then when i finally went to order even though we had separate orders she asked if I had a 2nd fob.. I was like NO... so she got all hateful with me about that.. well you cant get another free frosty unless you have 2 fobs..!!!! Well, let me see.... if I had of came in and ordered and got a free frosty and then went thru the drive thru would it of mattered anyway.. it's a litty bitty fricken cup of a frosty woopy doooo...!!! didnt have to be rude about it..!!! also the frostys were already made up apparently bc when she handed the one to my daughter it was half melted.. then i ordered and paid for 1 and it was all melted..and she didnt ask what flavor my daughter wanted, just assumed she wanted choc.. and gave her that one.. and it didnt taste all that great..!! So my daughter went back up and told the manager she wasnt asked what flavor she wanted and the manager got her the flavor she wanted.. I didnt see no call for this Patricia J to get all rude...

I was having a hard time hearing the young lady that was taking my order and when I rolled up to the window there was a younger black gentleman who was rude to me when I tried to explain to him that the speaker was really low and I was Apologizing for not being able to hear her. After he Snatched my card out of my hands and rolled his eyes at me I didn’t say anything else. But I didn’t ask for a drink Carrier because I didn’t have a large drink and a frosty I’m assuming he didn’t like that because I was trying to put the rest of my stuff and it’s area he was beating the drink carrier on the windowsill because obviously I was taking too long even though there were no cars behind me after that he just shut the window and didn’t say a word to me I went and I opened my bag my fries were cold and stuck together I had a 10 piece nugget with no sauce and my hamburger was extremely old I know this because I work in restaurants and I know what a sandbagged burger is and that’s exactly what I got a burger that had been premade and sitting and the best part is after I spent almost $20 for this meal he didn’t even have the decency to give me my receipt.
