Bought a jacket on line on 8/13 for my grandson to prepare for the upcoming fall weather. The fall weather just arrived and I need a larger size. I am 2 days beyond the 60 day return period.
Canāt return, canāt exchange or get store credit. I am stuck with a jacket that is too small.
Awful customer service. The jacket is not discontinued, it is still being sold.
Customer service suggested the following;
I totally undertsand you would like to return the items purchased months ago. We need to keep in mind that we have 60 days after purchase date to return na order, if this return window is crossed the system doesn't allow to proceed with a return due to it will be understood that the product was in compliance at the time of delivery. However, I know how important is for you to find an alternative for this situation. In this case, you could consider selling the item online through a reputable platforms designed to sell items. Also you could explore the option of donate them to a local charity or thrift store. Another option is to see if any friends or family members would be interested in purchasing them from you. I hope one of these alternatives works...

We showed up within the last hour they were closing (I've worked retail and I know how annoying that can be, so we didn't touch anything without the intention to buy). I couldn't decide what luggage or travel bag to go with. There was a young female employee who was patient enough to go through prices and discounts and different features for each bag I was looking at. She was extremely patient and helpful and I ended up very happy with a travel duffle I ended up getting on sale.

Ordered a sweatshirt 3 weeks ago and never received it and when you tell them you never received your package they will do nothing to rectify the situation. They will just tell you it delivered and deny you a refund. Never got an email or picture of package on my doorstep when it supposedly delivered. They are just saying it delivered because the delivery truck tracking was in the area as if Iām the only person in my neighborhood that orders packages.. complete crooks. Will no longer be shopping here and if thereās another option to order a similar product youāre looking for online from a different company I would recommend going with the other company...
