So the prices Basically for a winter coat are the same as a none designer brand!! Elsewhere .. I was like 😨😱🤯🤩🥳..I loved so much a winter coat that converts into a two pieces 🧥😍 (trench coat and warm puffer jacket) but unfortunately they wasn’t having on my size 🥺..sale representative were very friendly and helpful and said they get new items twice a month , So I’m not losing hope 😁..I 100! Read moreI called this store to obtain a jacket. The original associate was very pleasant and sent me pictures. I called to place an order to purchase the jacket and I placed my order. I was informed that my order and payment were accepted and it would take 7-10 business days for processing and shipping. As I made this purchase on a Wednesday, I figured I would have some sort of shipping notification by Saturday. Still nothing. I called the store and to my surprise the jacket was not at this store but from the Massachusetts Burberry store. I was not told this information when I was working with the original associate. I had no reason to think that the jacket was not at this location. I called and spoke to Ivan (hopefully that is the correct spelling) and Ivan was very diligent in getting everything worked out. Read moreWe recently visited the Burberry store, where we were greeted at the register by two Ukrainian employees — one taller and one shorter. Recognizing a familiar accent, I politely asked if they spoke Russian. One of them curtly replied, “I will not speak Russian at this time,” despite the fact that they were conversing with each other in Russian.
Later, while we were selecting items and needed assistance, we called out to them loudly three times. Rather than offering help, the employee pointedly walked away and ignored us.
It is upsetting to see personal or political views interfere with professional duties. We are not Russian; we are Russian-speaking individuals who do not support any wars or political conflicts. It is deeply disappointing when a luxury brand allows personal biases to affect the quality of customer service. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in a global brand...
