Stay away!!!

I want to share my experience with the Rudsak store. Dealing with the store associate George was a nightmare. At first he seemed nice. But then I found it strange that to get “the advertised” discount which was on a few signs all over the store, he said the discount is only if a customer leaves a Google review. I guess it explains how these reviews came about.

I wanted to buy a winter jacket, but they didn’t have my size on the rack. George suggested ordering it online and having it shipped to the store, which I agreed to. When the jacket arrived about a week later, it fit way too small, so I told them I wouldn’t be taking it. That’s when George totally flipped. He said rudsak has “no returns” policy—something I was never made aware of at any point during my purchase. There was no mention of this policy anywhere in the store or even on the receipt. I asked George to refund me as I cannot even use the jacket and he started yelling at me “ma’am, you never going to get your money back”. I left the store in shock.

I contacted the Rudsak corporate customer service, and they assured me that the return policy is 2 weeks and I will get my money back. However, after multiple calls and follow-ups, the refund for the coat that did not even fit me never came. It took me 2 months to get my refund thru the credit card fraud prevention. Dealing with this store and George specifically was a huge waste of my time and energy. I wanted to love that store as I heard a lot about the quality of their coats but after such experience, I have a very bitter after taste.

My advice? Stay away from this store. The lack of transparency, misleading policies, and terrible customer service make for a frustrating...

Don’t come!! The store manager was extremely rude, refused to resolve the issue, and escorted customers out.

Today we came to exchange for a different size and also purchased two more items. At checkout, the staff member promised us a discount that was the same like last time. As we were leaving the mall parking lot, we realized the receipt did not reflect the discount, as promised, so we went back into the store to have it corrected. A man who claimed to be the store manager, George, was extremely impatient and rude, and refused to help resolve the issue. When we tried to explain what happened, he suddenly began shouting at us and demanded that we leave the store immediately, insisting that we would never be allowed to shop there again. When I tried to explain myself again and assert my rights, He even showed signs of aggression, hitting motions . My companion and I were very frightened and worried about our safety. As customers, we spent well over a thousand dollars in that store, yet were treated in this manner, which is unbelievable. I am still trembling with fear as I write...

I had an amazing experience at RUDSAK! The store has a stunning futuristic vibe — sleek, stylish, and thoughtfully curated. I found a leather jacket that I absolutely fell in love with — it’s like it was made for me! 😍

The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took time to help me try on different styles and made the whole experience feel personal and effortless.
