Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I just went here with my family to get ice cream on the 4th of July. There was a small sign on the door, saying they were closing at 4 that day, but none of us saw it. The door was open and we went in, but we thought it was weird that there was an empty baking rack that we had to walk around to get in the place. We ordered and paid for our ice cream and sat at a table eating for about 20 minutes. Then an employee came over and told us they closed at 4. I said that the door was open, so it didn't seem like they were closed. She said that if the lights are off, then they're closed. But we were served and gave you our business. The employee could have been nicer, since she does work in food service/retail. The correct customer service thing to say would have been, "Sorry for any inconvenience, but we did close at 4. Can you finish up so we can clean and close up?" I would have been very understanding if she had said something...

I walk in. Waited 3 min. Just so someone can say, “how can I help you”. Not a big deal. I have been to plenty of Dunkin’ spots. I always order the same thing. Sourdough breakfast on a croissant. Always! Always order the same. Every other location always makes the switch of bread for me. It’s simple , it’s just bread. But this location, the “white/lady or light skin Hispanic lady” wanted to charge me, extra egg, extra bacon extra cheese with bread just to order the sourdough’s sandwich. I explained to her how everyone just makes a change on the bread. But nope her ego got to her. She said no, and that’s what she had too do. Unbelievable experience, just her attitude towards me. She was polite to other but I guess she didn’t like that fact of me ordering something different from what...

It is my understanding that you should be wearing gloves when handling food. Asked for a donut.. guy grabs the donut bare hand, puts it in the bag and pushed it toward me. Walks away to get my coffee. Another worked asked if I needed anything. I said "Yes, I need someone to get me a donut and have gloves on please " The girl then said, you need to tell us to put a glove on before you order. . So she put on a clean glove , gave me another donut, took the other donut out of the bag and put it back on the shelf with the other donuts.. THIS PLACE...
