Dunkin' — Restaurant in Leyden Township

God forbid you walk in and smell the aroma of coffee,and mother nature calls!! I'm not too keen on using public bathrooms,but definitely dont attempt to use it here. The staff mainly a very heavy hispanic woman, will buzz,and buzz the door lock which you have to be buzzed in to enter numerous times,and make comments you can hear like " OK, IF THEY COME OUT,AND DONT BUY NOTHING,THEY CANT COME BACK, WHAT DID HE SAY HE"S GOING TO WASH HIS HANDS FOR" I'm sorry, I dont usually announce that I have to defecate when I enter an establishment. I had taken maybe eight minutes to take care of my business ,and ordered$10.00 in food. If they concentrate their energy on good service,instead of monitoring the bathroom, I maybe would have returned. Definitely!!!...

I went to this location at about 2pm today. I ordered 2 large regular coffees, 6 donuts and a milk shake. I get home to drink my vanilla milkshake and eat some donuts with my family. I take a zip out my vanilla milkshake it taste like garbage spoiled milk, smells funny, and looks odd. I go back to Dunkin Donuts ask for a refund told can't be issue a refund due to no shift manager or supervisor, although 4 employees standing at counter. I get upset but only offered something else same value I feel ripped off and just recieved a smoothie. Bad customer service and products. The store should check their inventory make sure things are still good and not expired. I feel...

So I’ve ordered from them twice on Postmates the first time they got my order wrong instead of giving me a sausage egg and cheese croissant they sent me a bacon n egg English muffin n my coffee tasted old. The second time I ordered the same thing hoping this time it’ll be right….it was correct but they sent me an overly burnt sausage egg and cheese croissant to the point u can smell it n see how burnt it was through the wrapping. Then my cappuccino was a medium n was mostly foam n two-three sips of coffee that tasted old n burnt again. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but they just can’t get it right. Would not recommend...
