This was my FIRST time at this location. We stopped so I could use the restroom and get some food. I wasn't sure of the time due to the smell of fries. So when we pulled up to the drive-thru, we seen they still had breakfast. I was shocked! I was excited due to the fact, in our regular location, they stopped selling the steak bagel meal. So I was discussing that with my fiancee. The girl came on and he said one minute. The girl said, hello?? Very rudely! Again he said, I said a minute. She breathed hard in the mic and said ok. So, I ordered the steak bagel meal and got an oj. But the way she asked "what to drink" with an attitude like we were bothering her! So we get to the window, where she proceeded to have her back to us and was talking on the headset the whole time. Finally turns around asking if we were the steak bagel meal and he said yes, she gives the total again. He gets the money together for her while she starts flicking her fingernails, as a sign that we were taking too long for her! What?! I looked at her and started laughing because she had to be 16ish. I couldn't believe the audacity of this child. So we get to the next window, and I ask for the manager right away. The other young girl just looks at me like she's confused. She asked if something was wrong, and I said yes, I need to put a complaint against the young girl at the last window. She got the manager right away, but the manager just blew me off. She apologized after I repeated myself 3 times about what was wrong. She said she would have a talk with her, but I doubt that is going to happen. I can tell this happens on a daily basis here.
Hope upper management sees this and something is done about these young kids attitudes in their locations. It's going to cost...
Read moreI love going to this McDonald's, it's the closest McDonald's located near me and it's always full of new young faces who do their best at their job. Sometimes they make an error or two which is fine. We're human and we make mistakes so I really don't mind them as long as they get resolved and life goes on. To add on to it, why should one get mad at a McDonald's employee? From time to time they only accept cash due to errors with their system which shouldn't implicate they are doing anything wrong themselves as there are bound to be errors with technology as well.
My problem lies with the management lady that makes no attempt to apologize for her mistakes or just flat out denies that I've ordered an item after getting asked what size I'd like it to be through the drive-through. She even gave me some attitude when I asked what happened to a shake I ordered after I had given her my card to pay. Instead of charging me extra and giving me a shake she let me know that it couldn't be done because the machine isn't working which would've been ok if I was told so after ordering it. I believe the lady just wants to keep the clients coming in and leaving out the fastest way possible which is good but not the best when she views errors on orders as something that should be disregarded and left poorly resolved. This McDonald's has lot of very good young employees who do a great job. It is unfortunate that the lady working at this place doesn't take care of her...

There was hardly any cars in the parking lot so me and my husband were thinking it may have been closed since we were at the speaker and we're saying hello and didn't get a reply. We drove up to the window to see a young lady do nothing but just stare at us. We had to ask if they were open and she gave a snotty answer yes. We had told her we wanted to place an order and she told us that the speaker is behind us . And that we have to order over there . The entire time she had a look of disgust on her face like maybe she was hungover or just hated the fact that she was there. The only thing I remember about her is she had black hair and that attitude. We had told her we didn't think that it was open since there wasn't anybody answering us and that nobody was there. And then she told us while there's somebody there now. Normally I don't write reviews but there was just something so negatively sick about her attitude almost like she hated us for being there. I was so offended by her comment telling us to go back and Order because now there's somebody actually there that I told my husband forget this place let's go to a different McDonald's even though it was just for coffee I didn't want to speak...
