New David's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Leyden Township

I would like to recommend this place David’s Mexican Grill: the food here is delicious the service is amazing very friendly & very polite. I had call to make a pick up order and i have a Very Low Calorie Diet that doctor haves me in and i asked if they could of make it and they don’t have a problem making special orders, plus the portions are amazing too. There food is fresh and well seasoned. The grilled chicken salad as per my request was done so well as i wanted the chicken to be it was so delicious , the tortilla chips were so so fresh, delicious and crunchy that i wanted more. The al pastor tacos are so delicious. Thank you carlos the cheff for making it how i wanted. They have good service even do i didn’t dine in. I definitely recommend you...

Just came from trying this place out. I have been passing my for some years now I ordered, 3 chicken tacos which were bland. Ordered three steak tacos, they were fatty and bland. They only had the guacamole type of green sauce. My order was Camarones a la diabla, the sauce was sweet and not spicy. I didn't pay for my plate. I payed for the other two plates as my kids were hungry despite there complaints about the quality. Upon arrival we got served the traditional chips and salsa. The salsa was not good at all, and just from tasting it I had the feeling the food wouldn't be up to par, still gave it the benefit of the doubt. I will not be returning. The waitress was nice and the cook, no complaints...

Let me tell you! I walked in there for the first time today 02/21/25 in 3 years that ive lived down the street and this establishment has been open. As soon as i walk in i see nothing but smiles and good energy! Even spoke with the owner! What a cool guy!! I order myself a Corona with a Shot of tequila while i waited for my take out! The lady singing Karaoke was so sweet and gentle and made the atmosphere soothing! I get home and start munching on the tacos i ordered and WOW!!
