Absolutely Unacceptable

I ordered from Taco Bell around 7:10 PM, and my food was delivered by 7:30 PM. Everything seemed fine at first, but my night quickly turned into a nightmare. Around 10:30 PM, I started feeling nauseous and told my husband I wasn’t feeling well. By 11:45 PM, sheer chaos erupted—my daughter woke up screaming, violently throwing up all over the bed. Within minutes, my other daughter followed, and soon after, I was struck with the same horrifying sickness.

It is now 1:05 AM, and my first twin has thrown up five times, the second three times, and I have been sick three times myself. I have never experienced something so awful, and watching my babies suffer like this is absolutely heartbreaking. This is beyond just a bad meal—this is dangerous, and it needs to be addressed immediately. I expect Taco Bell to take responsibility and make this right. This has to be the best Taco Bell in the area. Their service is quick, they always have your order correct and their always in a friendly mood. Other taco bells in the area Northlake employees don't understand or speak English well , always screw up my order and attitudes r ridiculous Melrose Park they just don't care about anything I ran across one girl that seemed sincere and she wasn't there the next few times I went. Ordered a deluxe cravings box which, according to their menu, includes a taco, a chalupa, chips, and a burrito... Which is really the star of the show. Except they decided I was not worthy of the burrito and just completely left it out, and then sealed the box closed with a sticker so I'd have to rip it open just to check. Not sure if the guy was just hungry tonight, but it's pretty bad when an entire food item is missing. I don't eat here often, and this will keep me from coming back any time soon.
