This is the worst domino’s I have ever been to. I have given them multiple chances and every time they make me look like an idiot while I am there. Their card machine does not work so they have to enter credit card numbers by hand and then proceed to enter the numbers in wrong and tell you your card declined in front of everyone multiple times before you finally insist they are wrong and make them do it right. Before all of that my app told me my pizza was ready and the little blonde girl at the register told me it wasn’t ready and made me sit for 40 minutes past the time my pizzas were said to be ready. And then I got home and my pizzas were made wrong. After all of that that happened in my last visit, I decided to give them another shot tonight, only to be disappointed again. Tonight we went in 5 minutes after the app told me to come pick up my food and the kid at the register could not figure out how to use it and had to switch computers. I told him what my name is probably 4 times and then he tells his coworker that my name is Jennifer. That is not my name. Then he told me my food is not ready but the app told me it was and now at this point was sitting there for 10 minutes. So he finally found our food and sent us on our way. We get home and I open up what is supposed to be my chicken, only to find out that it is bread knots. So, my boyfriend went back with a screenshot of the receipt since I ordered through the app and the manager tried to tell him that he would have to pay for the chicken that we already paid for. He rightfully asked for the whole meal to be refunded as this was not how we wanted our night to go. It is past 9 pm and we both needed to get a quick dinner in after both working all day. The “manager” said that her boss was out of town and no one else could authorize a refund. My boyfriend remained solid with his request of a refund because not only was our order wrong but we also had to drive back and forth each time. She finally processed a refund but pouted like a toddler the whole time and would not say another word to him. Do not go here. They are extremely rude and disrespectful. Read moreAbsolutely the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere. Ordered two medium pizzas at 5:15pm this evening and was told that our pizza would be delivered in approximately 45 minutes. Called to check on our order at 6:25 and was told by a young man who answered the phone that he would contact the driver and get right back to me. Ten minutes later while still on hold a young woman answered the call as if it was a new call. When I explained everthing again she rudely responded that it was taking up to an hour an a half, I re-explained that I had already waited an hour and a half and just wanted to know when it would be coming only to be told we are extremely busy and "It will be there when it gets there" then hung up the phone. My daughter called back approximately minutes later upset and spoke to whom I can only assume was the same young gal only to be told the the pizza was just coming out of the oven and that the person Who took our order should not have given out a delivery time. My daughter asked to speak to the manager and was told he would not be in for a half an hour. She then told the young lady that she did not feel we should have to pay for the pizza and was told if it was not here in the next half hour that the pizza would be free. It is now 7:50pm and the driver just showed up. When he came to the door he just stood there looking at me with a blank look on his face. He did not apologise, nor did he say one word. I politely told him to take the pizzas back and that I knew it wasnt his fault but we ordered at 5:15 and its been over 2 and a half hours. We had already went and picked up Wendys for dinner and have been done for over a half an hour. I literally could have driven to Ritsville and back and I still would have had a half an hour to wait. I will be calling to talk to the manager tomorrow, however given the lack of service tonight I'll be calling with no positive expectations what so ever. Honestly at this point I would like the number for the corp. offices. Read moreI called, left my address. It was off 1 digit. I have my address twice I definitely gave the correct address. The delivery driver answered. I politely advised that they had my address wrong.
He was not listening, he responded, “I went to the address, called twice and texted twice and got no answer.” I apologized and said that my phone died.
He responded “Yes I called twice and texted twice, didn’t get an answer so I came back to the store which is standard procedure.”
I apologized again and said that my phone had died. He was abviosly not interested in my apology. He maintained an externally rude tone the duration of the call that I attempted to ignore.
When he asked what my address was and I gave the correct address he again responded growing more hostil. He said that that was not the address they were given.
At this point the disrespect and hostility from the beginning could not be ignored. My tone grew aggravated, I told him to cancel my order and hung up.
I will never order from dominos again. Your pizza is good for the price but treating a customer with a hostile tone when I was only apologetic even after waiting patiently on hold for 5 minutes every time I called the store.
If you want to be treated like a subhuman customer order from dominos. If you want to be treated like a human being order from Pizza Hut instead. They have an amazing new point system that gives out free pizzas much faster than I expected.
