Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Liberty Lake

Won't be giving this business anymore business which is sad considering we share a parking lot. I can't give business to an establishment that openly allows there "team members" who make the sandwiches to bad mouth customers openly when there are customers in the facility at that. I don't appreciate rude attitude just because someone had an issue with there order that the smaller male sandwich maker had nor his comments about me when only my husband went in the store then after he did I came back in to complain my meat tasted sour. I appreciate the owner giving me my refund with no disrespect towards me and its sad that I have to hault business there only because I will not give business to people that can't even give shirt bits of respect to there customer's. I work in health care I have very long days as well and the last thing I wanted to deal with on my short 20 min break was foul attitude from skinny young sandwich maker his 2 cents could have stayed silent and I wouldn't have had a issue. If the Owner standing right next to him would have just told him ENOUGH that would have been something to. But it was ignored like that kind of arrogant behavior is okay. I ordered online and went in to pick up my order. I had just gotten off work in cda so I was needing to use the restroom after a long drive. I had my keys in my hand and headed straight for the rest room before i asked for my order. As i was washing my hands and about to come out of the restroom, there was a LOUD pounding on the door. I opened the door and to my suprise this young kid told me to leave now. Apparently one of the workers said she saw me go into the restroom with a pipe and I was smoking drugs in there. In the whole 30 seconds it took me to pee i had not ingested drugs, smoking or otherwise. Instead of doing a little investigating beforehand, the manager instead chose to go straight to accusations. Wrongful accusations. Loudly. In front of all the workers and dining families. I left in tears, unable to defend myself for something i didnt do because i was so embarrassed and upset. We were passing through Liberty Lake and stopped and got 2 sandwiches to go and when we got home in Coeur d' alene we realized they made both the sandwiches wrong. When I called them and explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to mail out some form of discount on a future sandwhich (driving back to Liberty Lake would have cost more than the sandwhich with gas prices) I was told the owner said no but he would void the sale which is interesting since we paid by cash. Any restaurant that doesn't prepare the food correctly should always be willing to compensate the customer in some manner. I won't be doing business with them again and suggest anyone that does use them to check your sandwiches before you leave because if there wrong you...
