You can count on them to have reliably good ice cream.

As a non-chocolate eater, I've never been impressed by their flavor selection. They definitely cater towards those that love chocolate. This time their seasonal flavors stood out though. The egg nog, pumpkin, and cinnamon were all fantastic. I ended up getting the apple pie sundae which was incredibly good. It had an apple spice cake, cinnamon ice cream, warm cinnamon apples, and real whipped cream. I would highly recommend it.

Don't get me wrong ice cream is solid. However this location staff is terrible. We found a piece of hair in our ice cream while we were waiting to pay. We told the cashier and she proceed to tell us how gross it was and then when the manager was informed she didn't offer an apology. Then at our table the vents were leaking do to the rain and wasn't going to tell us or apolgy....

An Ohio staple. This is one of the places that you miss when you're out of state. Always has fast, friendly service with a great selection of different types of flavors. Their chocolate "chips" can be very large and quite tasty. They have milkshakes, banana splits, cakes, and more. If you haven't been here at least once, you're missing out.
