Restaurant was dirty. Only 2 customers seated. 6 employees standing around loudly conversing. All customers were focused on the employee conversations rather than eating in peace. Tables not wiped down - food debris, oil, and vegetable matter on empty tables. Employees seemed to have zero work ethic. Bathroom was dirty, and disgusting. Teenage employee who made my sandwich was not pleasant and never asked if I wanted it Mike's Way. I asked for fresh lettuce since bin was nearly empty and was looking brown. Employee initially refused and was visibly angry I asked for fresh lettuce. That's something I'd expect from Subway. I will NEVER be back to this location. The employees at this location and Delaware, Ohio location are rude and clearly hate their jobs. It's my understanding the common denominator for both locations is the same owner. The best JM is in Sunbury Ohio (owned by Tyler Washington). Staff is extremely pleasant and store is ALWAYS clean. As a longtime JM customer, the Powell location is not a reflection of the JM brand. The employees and ownership should not only be ashamed but appalled at the lack of work ethic by nearly all the employees who were present this date and time.

Not only did the worker have a terrible attitude he didn't even apologize for the fact that our order wasn't ready on time. He slammed down a bag that was halfway split open and walked away. I don't know about anyone else but I think I could make 14 sandwiches by myself in under an hour and a half let alone 2 hours. After I was driving home I realized they messed up our order and when I called to talk to a manager I was told "he doesn't have time to talk to you." Last time I was there was months ago, and after waiting forever for an online order, while people just walking in were getting taken care of, I decided to take a break from them. Today was their chance to redeem themselves. I placed on online order. I arrive and the restaurant is empty. I check to see if my order is ready on the table and it's not. I wasn't expecting it to be because I had a hot sub and knew it would take a while. So I hung back. They asked me the name on my order. After this 3 people came in, ordered, got the food and left.
