Master's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Liberty Township

There needs to be a negative stars section. My boyfriend and I went there last night to get some food because we heard how great the food was. I got there first and sat at the bar. There were only a few people in the bar. I asked for a menu a few tines and never got one; I wanted to get an app for when my boyfriend got there. I asked if the kitchen was open and he said yeah it was. My boyfriend got there about 15 minutes later. The bartender took a bit to come over. When he finally did, my boyfriend said he wanted a menu. The bartender asked if I want one too, even though I asked numerous times. The service was an absolute joke. It took an hour and a half for a burger, a steak hoagie and the chips. Both of our meals were supposed to come fries and neither did. We had to ask where the fries were once the food finally came out. The music was so loud you couldn't even hear the person next to you. After we ate we had to wait forever for our check. We would ask the bartender and he just kept walking away. When we finally left, we both felt sick to our stomachs, and we're sick all night. If I could give negative stars, I would. My boyfriend and I went last night after hearing great things about the food, but the experience was awful from start to finish. I arrived first and sat at the bar — it wasn’t busy, yet I had to ask several times for a menu and never got one. When my boyfriend arrived about 15 minutes later, he asked for a menu, and only then did the bartender offer me one too.

The service was terrible. It took an hour and a half to get a burger, a steak hoagie, and chips. Both meals were supposed to come with fries, but they didn’t, and we had to ask for them after the food finally came out. The music was blasting so loudly we could barely talk.

After finishing, we waited forever just to get the check while the bartender kept ignoring us. To top it off, we both felt sick afterward and were up all night. We will definitely not...

I was at Masters in about 10 years ago. My experience there was so GOD awful, that I swore never to go there again. The food was nasty, so was the barmaids and the clientele. The atmosphere was not welcoming or Pleasant. I felt like I was in unfriendly waters. I had a beer 1 shot it and some wings and I had a hard time getting that stuff from the barmaid. It was as if I wasn't welcome there. After that I left and went to Station Square I'm always welcome there. The bar maids are awesome. The service, the food, the atmosphere and the clientele there are great!!! I spent a lot more money , but it was well worth the trip and I quickly became a regular.
