Long story short i found a booger on my sauce lid and the cashier "Emily R" is the rudest person i have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant! Shes got the long black hair.
So i usually visit canes once if not twice a week. This time was just horrid. I place my order honey mustard instead of canes sauce boxed separately (as i ALWAYS do) and toast instead of slaw. At first it was a girl then a guy came on like "YOU WANT WHAT"?! i repeated myself before i could even finish he cuts me off & tells me my total. Usually everytime i get the long black haired girl which the name on my receipt is "Emily R" shes extremely rude she didnt great me she just put her hand out for the money. I ask for forks (since they never give me on since i dont get slaw). She gives me my change and my drink. She hands me my food i pulled up to make sure fork was in the bag, well i didnt see a fork so i pulled back around and went to the window and said "i wanted a fork" she shuts the window starts talking to her co workers on the headset im the only person in line she looks back and glares at me while getting my forks she still has not said ANYTHING to me she hands me my forks and i drive off. Well i get to work and open my sauce box and there was a BOOGER on my sauce lid!! I took a picture also if anyone would like to see it. & then i open my food they placed the fork in my food box ontop of my toast! I suffer from contamination OCD and thought this was a safe place but i was wrong thats the whole reason i get my sauces seperatly. The guy with the long curly hair is always rude to. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store has some serious issues that the other stores do not. I went through the drive-thru mid afternoon. Ordered 5 fingers, received 2. Lucky I checked! Parked, went into the store upset, store was not busy, got my 5 fingers plus the 2. No one cared that I was there (drive-thru clerk clearly ignored me). Manager just wanted me out. No acknowledgement that they missed part of the process of checking the order before giving it to the me.
Filled out the survey from the receipt. Got an email from the store manager with the standard "sorry about that" and "our associates work hard..." and she was going to address the situation with her staff. Still doesn't help me to return. No response since then. The associate who hands me my order at every other location CHECKS the order before handing it to me -drive-thru and counter. It shouldn't be that hard. There are only a few items on the menu. The customer is ranked below the associates at...

I understand this is a holiday weekend and times like this become stressful. But it seemed like we were a burden to them before we even walked through the doors.
