Rally's — Restaurant in Liberty Township

I had met a young man named Carnell whom is a charm and a pure asset to this company. I came to this store to try their food as generally I do not eat out let alone what people consider a greasy spoon. I went with the sole intention of spending 5$ on one of the bundles they have as a deal now and when I left I had spent 23$ due to his amazing attitude and kindness, he is very knowledgeable of every item on the menu and takes real honest to God care about his customers. Not just fake yea I got you I understand. I mean real care I told him my teeth were not so good he told me about his and how he understood and made me for the first time in 15 years I was able to.eat a mozzarella stick because after he cooked it he brought it to the window.and asked is it soft enough if not he'd remake it. I mean real kindness no one does that these days 😌 he deserves more than a few words of kindness and honesty here I hope someone important reads this and can steal him away and give him.a raise his own store as in he is the owner or maybe a better paying job because I believe he would be an asset to any company. He even made some recommendations eg amazing salesmanship that were right up my ally as far as tastes to try along with my oeiginal.order. everyone whom reads this pls give him praise I know he is the manager but seriously he deserves it. Oh my goodness where do I start?! First, when I pulled up to the drive thru I was greeted by a beautiful lady by the name of Kristy. She was very punctual and informative with all the deals and specials Rally’s had to offer. She made ordering a breeze and made my excitement to eat Rally’s that much more amazing! Once I made it to the drive thru window, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Mathew. He seemed to be the manger but if he wasn’t he should be. I’d even go as far as saying he should own his own Rally’s or receive a substantial raise!! Mathew was very professional and well spoken while making sure my visit to this Rally’s was suffice and smooth. Between Kristy, Mathew and the cleanliness/appearance of the Rally’s establishment alone, I will most definitely be coming back to Rally’s on Belmont...

This Restaurant has the worst service! Everyone I go there nobody greets me and then they hand me food with an attitude every single time! No thank you out anything. I deliver food and I will no longer delivery for this location due to the horrible service and close way earlier than listed. This store is not going to last long with these people working here! It doesn’t cost anything to be kind! I got to the window today while they were open. They had people in the drive thru as well and they tell me they can’t do my customers order because they are closed and shut the window in my face!
