This place is consistently bad. They can never get orders correct. Quality and consistency is bad. It's a joke. Go down the hill to Beckett TB. Update 8/6/2023. Nothing has changed. No one cares. Go somewhere else. Check this picture out. …and that’s a supreme. Talked to Codie the manger. Asked for owner to call. Will see if they follow through. Most, not all items in order were tiny and wrong. If there were food police they should be called. Beware. Don’t waste your time or money. This was a supreme lol. This is not my first nor second bad experience at this location but I can tell you I have now had enough and will not be back to this location. The manager in the bathroom for 20 minutes while I'm sitting in the drive thru waiting for my change that the kid at the window keyed in the computer wrong. Every kid at this location was standing around laughing it up while I'm sitting waiting on my change. Gave the kid $21.06. The .06 cents was in pennies. I gave the kid a $20 bill along with a $1 bill. That would give me a $10 bill back if anyone knows basic math. No they were to busy goofing around and not doing their job. Oh did I not mention the manager of the store was in the restroom for 20 minutes while my food has already been prepared and now cold. I hope no one else has to ever encounter such problem. Read moreNight shift was working & they messed my entire order up. The boys doing the drive thru were goofing off. I’m allergic to tomatoes & they gave me extra tomatoes on my burrito and nacho bell grande after I told them no tomatoes. Barely any sour cream when on my receipt says extra sour cream. I called them 3 different times & no answer. I am 20 usually I don’t say anything because I have worked in food service before & it is rough. But I was the only person in the drive thru & there was no reason for it to be like this. If you mess up that’s okay but for yall to just be doing it on purpose is messed up because I could’ve went to the hospital over tomatoes being on all of my stuff. Thank god I checked my burrito before biting into it. It’s just annoying when I get off of work & I'm hungry just to not even get my food & drinks which I paid $20 for. I am so frustrated.
