Subway — Restaurant in Liberty Township

Worst subway I have ever been to. Not only was I standing there forever waiting for somebody to notice me and take my order, but once the girl finally realized I was there, washed her hands and came over, all she had for me was attitude. She tried to give me less toppings than is required by corporate standard and got visibly annoyed when I nicely asked her for six tomatoes instead of four. I know a foot-long gets six tomatoes and six cucumbers because I worked at Subway for years. I was never once rude to this girl, and yet she was obviously annoyed by my presence the entire time. I was polite as I always am, and usually I tip, but this time I just couldn’t justify it. The service was horrible, and she tried to give me the scraps of the bottom of the barrel of the rotisserie chicken, and then tried to charge me for extra meat when I asked for a normal portion. This place is clearly family owned, which normally is a great thing for me as a customer, but obviously this family has children in it who think “family owned business” means they don’t have to actually work or do their jobs properly. My experience with the staff was actually quite friendly, in comparing my review with some of the others. However, it was the quality of food that was not good. This is the second time I visited this Subway. I forgot that the first time, my ham sub tasted like fish. I went back a second time and was reminded, as my ham sub once again had a fishy taste. The quality of their ingredients do not look (or taste) fresh. The lettuce is browning, and the tomatoes are not crisp. The sandwich maker seems like they have no clue how to make a sandwich, putting all of the ingredients right in the middle. I don’t know about you, but I’d like to taste all the ingredients in every bite, not have to take three bites until I taste any condiments, and another three until I taste any meat or veggies. This Subway is a 2 minute drive from me, but I would rather drive 12 minutes to the...

Me and my mother-in-law and son went in today to eat and they haven’t even started our to go order for us so we had to decide to sit in and eat then my sandwich was prepared incorrectly and it had mustard all over it and I definitely didn’t order any mustard and they tried to come out and give me mustard to put on it and I said no that’s the problem. There’s mustard on my sandwich. I’m not gonna eat this so they finally took it and threw it away and made my sandwich again it was so bland. It didn’t have the sweet onion teriyaki chicken sauce on it, and it had very little mayonnaise or flavor and I ordered pepper Parmesan cheese and a little bit of salt and you couldn’t taste hardly anything.
