I had an online order that I placed when I get there. There was only one person in front of me. It took the worker somewhere between five and seven minutes to take my order. I even said hello at one Point and she said I’ll be right with you and was not right with me mind you I would’ve walked inside at this point because I was just over it, but there was already five cars piled behind me. once they took my order I said hi I have an online order and said my name pulled up to the window. There was no one there just me and she said do you have an online order? I said yes and she asked me my name and I was confused because I just got done saying that at the Speaker I just waited at for almost 10 minutes. She handed me a coffee and said there’s your order. I said this is not my whole order. I had food. She said oh you had food handed me a bag was not the food I got. I said this was not my order. She was like oh OK hand me a different bag. It was the correct food, but it still was missing an item so I told her she was super rude about it And then says sorry about that and then close the window. I honestly just internalized that I’m never coming here again but then I go to take a bite out of my food and it literally is still cold and frozen. It was not thoroughly cooked through. I tried saying something to customer service and they offered me points for my app and I want my money. Whoever the girl working today, June 29 around 12:30 has zero customer service and she also does not know how to properly do her job. I feel that people deserve a chance to do better at their job but you guys need to teach her how to do it better this was insane. I just wanted coffee...
Read moreWe had the BEST experience at Dunkin today because of Ashley! It’s the first big snow of the season and we decided to bring our 2 large dogs with us through the drive through to get some breakfast. Their menu had a great selection of holiday and regular breakfast items so things already started off great. Then we pulled around and Ashley offered some pup cups to our dogs. She not only put them in a normal pup cup, but she placed them in a larger cup to make them less messy! (Any large dog owner knows how genius this is and incredibly helpful! Plus it’s something we never thought of before!) Next, as we were waiting for our order to finish being made, she asked if they liked/could have bacon! This was such an over the top experience! We normally just run to whatever place pops into our head first or is closest, but because of the care and warmth of this interaction with Ashley we will be going to Dunkin Donuts from now on! We ordered a large iced holiday cookie signature latte, 2 of the 9 piece loaded hash browns with queso and crumbled bacon, 3 strawberry donuts, and 1 of the 2 piece bacon and cheddar omelet bites (I wish I took pictures of everything because they all looked incredible!!) For all of this it was only $25.84! This total is extremely affordable for the amount of food we got and definitely beats other places! Not only did everything look amazing, it tasted like real food. The flavors all worked together well and everything was delicious! We couldn’t recommend this place more and we will definitely be back...
Read moreI’m writing this as I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes (it ended up being about 20 min) to grab a coffee and donut. This locations is virtually always a disaster. I don’t blame the staff tho, most and nice and lovely individuals. I blame the ownership for not hiring and keeping staff members. It seems as though the ownership has an abject refusal to either hire more staff or assist the ones that are there. I feel for the staff because they are doing their best, however if ownership refuses to help with either hiring or working hours I can 100% see why they cant retain staff. This is an utter disaster almost always. How much worse can this ownership make it before Dunkin comes in and says “sorry your disaster of a store is damaging our brand so much we are gonna pull your franchise.” I’ve seen better staffed Dunkin’s at a regional airports Dunkin kiosk where you pour your own coffee. If you go to this location ask yourself this: How long is too long to wait cause it will likely be longer at the drive thru. Do you want your food hot? Cause it’s anyone’s guess in food temp here! Does it matter if your coffee fresh? Do you want to feel legitimately bad for overworked and stressed out staff members who are obviously trying their best but get no seeming support from management/ownership?
If the answers to these 4 questions are either yes or you don’t care than this is the...
