Longboards Wraps & Bowls — Restaurant in Liberty

If you order on doordash you have to call them to let them know what allergy you already specified on the order because Longboards in Liberty has decided they do not wish for special instructions to be allowed on the app at the time of ordering, it even says so at the time you order. This means if you need a gluten free wrap you will have to order and say allergy on yhe order and then also call them to tell them this...for some reason I just do not understand other than laziness pf not wanting to fix the app issues.

And when you call to make sure it is done correctly and inform them of what you found out in order to help maybe get these kinds of things straightened out for the future times I would like to use this app to enjoy their food, you are met with someone who seemed to care little at all and then told me he hopes my food gets to me, as if to say if I'm not careful it may cost me. I came into this Longboards this tuesday evening looking for a lovely and fulfilling meal but i left with way more than that, a smile, a good laugh, and new friends. Immediately upon entering we were greeted with the friendliest “hello” i have gotten in my entire life. These workers immediately become more than just people in a workplace they became family. They treated both my friends and I as more than just customers, but as long term companions. I truly felt a sense of home within this small orange building. from the surfboards on the walls to the tikis on the countertop, it immediately brought me back to my times surfing those hawaiian waves circa 74’. i haven’t even talked about the wrap. wowza! the warmth that came upon me from the first bite felt like waking up in my childhood home to be greeted first thing by my great great gammy, may she rest in peace. what a world wind of emotions from the 10 minutes in the magical place. maybe, longboards was the friends we made along the...

So after almost a year of eating Longboards I feel I need to update my review. Still a 5-star review, if I could rate it higher then I would. First timers should try their Cabo Chicken or Beef. It is fantastic and in my opinion the best wrap on the menu. If you don't like guacamole then maybe try the Grilled Cheese Quesadilla first. It's just cheese, meat, rice and sauce and will get you acclimated to their style, but please get more adventurous the next time. When they have their special wraps and it sounds remotely good to you....try them! They are only there for a limited time and if you don't travel to other Longboards it could be a while before they are back at your location. The Mac Wrap, the Chipotle Killer, and the East Meets West are just a few of my favorites.

I will tell anyone that will listen to go to Longboards. It is without a doubt my favorite place to eat. I eat there a minimum of once a week and have ate there up to 4 times...
