Dollar General — Local services in Liberty

I was charged twice for an electronic thermometer without realizing it. I want to return the thermometer because it didn't work and saw the double charge. When I advised of the double charge, I was told she needed to look at the CCTV cameras when I was there. Ok, no problem. I bought 4 items, but with extra charge it was five on the receipt. Apparently they couldn't tell anything from watching the camera, and it was then decided that the manager needed to handle it. I left my name and number with no callback after two weeks. So I returned and asked again about the money I needed refunded and was told that the Manager was supposed to call again , and that she'll remind her when she gets back in. Fast forward two months later no callback and no body cares. Management needs...

Hit or miss on your items but still like visiting more than Walmart anyday!! If they could get the product out of the boxes & isles & on the floor that would help a lot. The store has lots to offer all except a bathroom in case you need one while you are shopping. Cleaner and organized better than most store Ailes are to high and for safety sake you cant see whates going on. Have clean up crew come in when store is closed .it would sure help. Dont corp.
