Smoothie King — Restaurant in Liberty

Absolute worst experience around 2pm today. Pulled up, no one in line, took forever after recording for anyone to take our order which had to be repeated multiple times (3 smoothies exactly the same). Pulled around to window, no one came to window legitimately for 10+ minutes. Counted 4 employees inside. Man that appeared to be a teenager came to window, said my order and stared at me. I confirmed, he didn’t take my card or anything and he shut the window and he walked away. Then comes back, hands me something that isn’t mine and then tells me he can’t take my card at this register. He walks off with it, then comes back and starts to say his register has to be ran a different way. At this point 20+ minutes has passed and I told him I would like to cancel my order, to which he slammed the window in my face. There was absolutely no reason for this. This Smoothie King looks to be recently opened. The building is new and was custom built just for this purpose. It is all new and in good working order. Oddly, there are Smoothie King icons well displayed on the building, but the wording of Smoothie King is harder to find. People who don't know the icon won't know what it is. The menus are well displayed. The drive through is a new feature at a Smoothie King to me and is heavily used here. There is no indoor seating, which is the main reason I didn't give this place a five star rating. On a hot day, it would be nice to have some shade and/or air conditioning while waiting or enjoying a treat. The smoothie itself was high quality as expected for a Smoothie King. I rarely write reviews and I really love your smoothies but I am extremely disappointed in this store. Twice I have been there at 7am when it opens to find it completely dark and unopened. Once a sweet girl flagged me down to tell me she was the store opener and she wasn’t give keys. Another time I waited so long I was late to work and the girl working was very sweet but she let me know another employee failed to show. Today I had to ask 3 cars behind me to back up so I could leave as the wait was so long I was going to be late to work. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I can no longer trust you with my time.
