Our local McDonald’s is in liberty Texas every evening they don’t have the macchiato machine running they don’t have the shaker ice cream machine running and it’s always oh I’m cleaning it oh I’m fixing it it’s not working now this is it every day almost every single day in the evening McDonald’s is supposed to have these items all times. I order on the app about 45 minutes ago I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget a basket a fry a small caramel frappe two small chocolate shake one vanilla shake. I ordered curbside pick up spot number two waited in the spot nearly 20 minutes as I’m sitting there there was at least 15 cars that drove through the drive-through and got their food. Got out of my car went inside they failed to come out and tell me they shake machine was not working they’re trying to fix it they didn’t even try to come outside and give me my food my chicken nuggets are cool my fries are cold she did upgrade my frappe. I was very upset I try not to get upset with anyone. They tell me that they are not able to refund my money that I would have to call the app told him this is insane I order from your store and you’re telling me I cannot get my refund. I didn’t need anything else I only needed the chocolate shakes. I think it is super ridiculous that I was not able to get my money back so now I either have to contact the app which is not open right now or go back up there tomorrow get the shakes which I will not be able to get them until tomorrow evening what’s going to happen if the shake machine is not working then this is very upsetting this location is consistently having this problem. Read moreIt never fails with McDonald's, at least this location...I pull up, both lanes are occupied. So naturally, I get in line behind someone. They pull off, having completed their order placement, so I pull up. The vehicle in the other lane does the same, the person in line behind them following. However, as the person next to me begins to place their order, completes it and drives forward...nobody has queued me for my order. I wait patiently as another vehicle replaces the one next to me (I arrived even before the the previous vehicle) they then begin to place their order while I, still having not placed mine, continue to wait. This happens twice more. I watch 5 vehicles cycle through the drive-through lane opposite of my own, all the while I've spoken into the order receipt window announcing my presence, politely of course...before finally becoming slightly impatient and asking why they haven't taken my order yet even though I've been sitting for close to 15 minutes already. It isn't even the point of people going before me really. But that long without even checking in on the bother drive-through lane, and more often than not, it's the primary lane, for that amount of time. Begins to feel a bit directed. I am fully aware that it isn't. But come on man. You know you have two lanes, I know you have a system that alerts you to the presence of a customers vehicle and yet I still sit there waiting, watching others place their order. Read moreIf this is the one at 90 and 146 in Liberty Texas I went there I went online ordered a large chocolate shake paid for it with my credit card drove to Liberty to pick it up there were three non English-speaking people in the restaurant working there and that's all that was there they did not know how to work the chocolate shake machine they claim it was broke really and finally I drove around I was going to order something else they would not respond in the Drive-Thru and it was 4 in the morning so mommy what are you do I drove around three times there was seven cars pulled up to the drive-thru and left because they wouldn't speak to him and whenever I went back up to the window the second window where you pick up your food they handed me my $3 and 35 or whatever it is since out the window and I asked him I said what is this for and they said all would just give you your money back because the machines broken in very broken English and they were just huddled up there by each other I mean there was one that the tall one that has the big mouth I think he can speak better in this or she or whatever the hell it is can speak better and I'm gay so I can have that opinion for someone that doesn't speak the language she sure does have a real bad attitude and she needs to adjust the makeup on her face because it's way too much and it's way too loud and it's way too white she's not nearly that white if you sandblast all that makeup off of...
