It's been awhile since I have updated this and added to my review, ordered mcdelivery... what a joke! Missing items, get the we will refund for those items (after 4-10 days), door dash with McDonald's is the worst experience to deal with issues. No redelivery or concerns for customers.
Have had problems with getting our orders right, and slow service.
Update now they can't serve anything but raw burgers and cold limp undercooked fries...
An update... Now quarter or double quarter pounders are either raw or hockey pucks... To elaborate, they have been both I guess depending on the cooks, been back twice first was raw and took them 3 tries to get it close enough to just give up after over an hour initially waiting for order then around 15-20 minutes each try... Next time they were cooked so crispy they were hockey pucks and took just over 45 minutes to get... This last time my wife decided to order delivery and the double quarter pounder was yet again overcooked to hockey pucks! Read moreNot real happy with Liberty McDonalds today, only upside was there was no line! We ordered the new McDonaldsland meal, the McDouble value meal and a chicken nugget happy meal. 1st they didn’t give us the collectible tray, had to go inside to get it. The guy delivering the food to the wait line didn’t even know what I was talking about so said to ask manager. I asked the lady at the register if the meal came with the tray she said “yes” then ignored me. Then said are you trying to say you want one? Well duh! I didn’t pay $16 for a QPC, Fry and milkshake. Then we get home and they didn’t include the nuggets with the McDouble meal and the McDouble which was supposed to be “no pickles” was just a regular cheeseburger with “only ketchup, cheese and pickles”. Fries were not even hot and it was only 11 am! Not sure who yall have working up there but you need to reevaluate your management and staff. For a time when you were not busy at all (1 other car in the drive thru) you sure did mess up an order. $28 is way too much money to spend on sub par food when service and food should have been excellent during your slow...
Read moreI'm not even mad, just appalled by the service I had recieved. My wife and I went to McDonalds after her serving shift late at night. We ordered and it was hard to understand the person on the intercom because they did not speak English well. I tried to be nice because I know English is a hard language to learn and I also know our order could be wrong. We ordered a number 9, a Dr. Pepper, Sprite, and a vanilla ice cream cone. When we get to the window to pay, she is missing a burger and the ice cream (which according to her you only have shakes). She asked me if i wanted the other burger. We wait 5 more minutes for the other burger. Meanwhile, she is standing in our view eating an ICE CREAM CONE. Like I understand the language barrier but why would she say you don't have ice cream cones but then continue to eat one in front of us and not give us our ice cream? And then the food was finally all finished and i see a line of cars behind us and she's not doing any work. only one drink made. im highly confused. god help this mcdonalds. im not even mad. just laughing. p.s. i only got one pickle. they do...
