Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Libertyville

I have to admit, I have a certain appreciation for this particular Dominos. Everything, from ordering to delivering this Dominos is BY FAR THE BEST!!! As we are all humans, errors in toppings will happen, but I have to share that they take care of it with such amazing customer care and sense of urgency I had to write this review and share it. Order after order this dominos amazes us with how fresh the pizzas are, to how they treat their customers. My family is moving next month and we will be driving to get pizzas from THIS Dominos, no other Dominos compares. HANDS DOWN the freshest, best Dominos. I was making conversation with someone there while waiting for a pizza and they shared they drive from highland park also because of their customer service and freshness of the pizzas. LOVE...

I ordered a pizza 🍕 pan on a Saturday night. The pizza was taking a bit longer than the app said. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. And they told me it'll be a few more minutes. As I waited in my car, when I looked Inside I realized something. These are all younger employees . Each one of them were doing something. Either making pizzas grabbing orders, or answering calls. These guys are not slackers. To find a group of young people doing everything right is a rarity in 2023. My pizza came out great, didn't wait too long after estimated time. My only regret is that I didn't tip them...

Ordered thin crust 5 topping but they made hand tossed instead. They apologized and remade it , giving me the 1st pizza as well no charge. Nice, I thought but when I got home, found neither pizza had saussage only vegs! I checked the ticket and it listed the correct order. My family was not pleased as meat is required. The remake didn't bother me as they corrected the crust quickly but I will have too check all orders from now on before leaving. The mushrooms were great and the onion was the sweetest I've had. Skip the diced tomato. Add your own garlic. The spinach was OK. Great...
