Okay a few things.... I LOVE COFFEE. AND I WILL PUT UP AND BE PATIENT WITH SO MANY THINGS JUST TO GET MY HANDS ON MY OH SO NEEDED CAFFEINE. I drink coffee several times per day. But seriously, there's a few things that I got tired of putting up with, that happens EVERY SINGLE TIME: You will need to repeat your order, several times. Everytime. Even when repeating the order, my order is ALWAYS incomplete, or done incorrectly. "Large hot caramel latte, with sugar please" apparently means "medium no flavor, no sugar, latte". Mind you, I DO NOT go during rush hours, I go when I'm the only one in drive through. I always pay for things and only get half my order. And I am TIRED of calling and having to "come back for the rest". My time is valuable, too. Not to mention when I'm hungry I pay for a meal but don't get it, so now I'm hangry. OVER HALF THE TIME I ask for a Latte, their machine "is down" or "isn't working". This is about 3 times per week. OVER HALF THE TIME we want munchkins, they only have 1 or 2 flavors. We're not talking closing time either here. This also goes for any donuts you want. Last time I ordered, again I got a wrong order. After 2 years of never loosing hope and at least 2 changes given per week, I felt it was time for me to give up on that this location will ever get orders right. I went in, handed order, and simply asked for a refund. I also got only half my refund. I used to work at a DD long time ago. I can testify that is it not rocket science to listen to an order and just pay attention to what you're pouring. In all honesty. I even order in such way, that makes the order super clear and easy to complete. But yet, it's like I threw an infinitesimal calculus equation over the drive through speaker in Chinese. RIP to...
Read moreWas told they were out of the large multi cup box. Wouldn't give me separate creamer/sugar for 5 large black coffees to compensate for not being stocked with boxes. I buy dozen donuts / coffee box often for my labors from whatever dd store is nearby. I felt these donuts were smaller than any other dd I've gone to, as they all shifted in the box - normally they all touch and don't move. Lastly, Cameron (emp#115048) was very rude. I tried to pay my $30+ bill with a $50, she informed me they don't take bills over $20. As that was the only bill I had, I had to scratch around my car to get the $, which I eventually did. Very stupid policy, for large purchases. While doing that, the window was open. Cameron said to a coworker that I was, "just another privileged white woman, trying to get her way." I said that I could hear her and had she even remotely offered an apology, I wouldn't be wasting my time here, however, her response was, "I left it open so you COULD hear me." Since I didn't want my food spit on, I said nothing more, took my food and left. In the end, I'm done going to dd, as I feel this attitude (not to this degree), happens at all the dd's in the area. I figured out that I usually spend at least $30 2x a month @ dd, that's $720 a year they will...
Read moreI was just going to call to do the survey but I realized I was never given a receipt. To start, the employee who took my order, touching the computer and scanner, turned around and got my munchkins without putting gloves on. He did use the paper to grab them so I guess there was some barrier, but especially in the times of COVID I expected more. I then waited for my coffee and bagel with cream cheese. I received my coffee fairly quickly, but unfortunately did not begin to drink it until on the way home only to realize it was not prepared the way I had asked. I waited for my bagel standing by the counter where food is delivered. There was an employee who seemed to have just finished unpacking the bottled beverages and talking with a customer. I guess she was the only one on duty trained to cut a bagel and spread cream cheese on it since I had to wait for her to finish helping the customer for my bagel to be prepared. All in all, I don't think I will be returning to this location, it does not live up to the...
