I at one time gave this establishment a 5 star review. We were very loyal customers. But for the 1st time they had gotten in order wrong.Even on the receipt which it showed the order was right but the order was made wrong. We live about 25 minutes away and we had to make a trip back. Yes we could have check the order before we left but the loyal customers that we were even had a friendly relationship with the owner Robbie and the establishment never got an order wrong we went back with the friendly attitude, and even asked if we could have something small even keep the sandwich that was going to get thrown away anyways. But we were told we would get nothing just we making the sandwich. That is pretty sad when places like McDonald's Burger King even restaurants like Chilis or Frontiera will give you something for your time in trouble. Yes throw away the sandwich if you want if you don't wanna go that route but at least offer a drink or a fry etc. When we went back they saw and admitted that they made a mistake but we were greeted or more less my daughter was greeted with rudeness from somebody that I thought was a decent human being but instead we saw the true side of greediness and rudeness. I'm not even angry I'm hurt by the treatment that we had gotten from somebody I respected as a business owner. I'm not telling anybody not to go here I would recommend not going here but just be very aware if you live 30 minutes away 25 minutes away farther are even closer, you're not worth the time to even offer something for your trouble. Robbie needs to take note from other establishments that do care about their customers times and troubles. No usually these places don't offer up anything on their own but if you ask them for something for your trouble other establishments have no problem giving you something and this is what Robbie...
Read moreIf I could give no stars, I would. I had a terrible experience at Buffalo House today that I feel compelled to share. About 2-3 weeks ago, I ordered a 6-piece boneless wings meal, but when I got home (I live in buckhead by the way), I discovered they had given me wings with the bone. I had placed my order with the manager with the red hair. When I called back to inform her of the mistake, she assured me that she would write down my name, number, and the correct order, and that I could come pick it up.
However, she failed to mention that there was a "time limit" of two weeks to pick up the corrected order. Naturally, I assumed I could come whenever it was convenient for me. Today, when I went in to get my order, she told me that I had missed the two-week window and there was nothing she could do for me. This was the first time I was hearing about any time limit!
The lack of clear communication and the dismissive attitude I received in person was incredibly frustrating. Not only did the manager fail to inform me of the time limit over the phone, but she also provided some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Buffalo House, you need to train your staff better and make sure your customers are properly informed. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon which is very...
Read moreCalled in a to-go order the employee on the phone said it would be ready in 10 minutes so I jumped in my car and drove to the restaurant.
After waiting 20 minutes for my order I asked if they would check on my take out order and they said they made a mistake and the order never got sent from the register to the kitchen.
The employee started out by saying he was sorry and my order never was placed in the system. After the apology the employee give me my options. 1. We can start order and it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. 2. Give you a refund for an order you placed with us.
I asked to speak to the store manager and there was no one at the restaurant with any authority to speak on behalf of the owner and his policies. Employee did mention that the owner does not allow any discounts.
I chose option two and they put the money back on my credit card and I left the restaurant and we'll never visit the Buffalo House Resturant again.
I assume the owner is a good man and tries to run a good business. I also believe if he's a successful business he should have someone working on his behalf in a management position.
It's not the money or discount it's the principle of running a good business of offering a customer a something when order doesn't get processed and a customer waste his time.
My thoughts and...
