I recently starting going to this Burger King. The food has always been great.I have always received a military discount here ( I have been here at least 5 times previously). When I asked I was told they don’t do military discounts, so I asked the young man to ask the manager Shukria to come to the window. At first, she didn’t want to come to the window… she replied she didn’t know us. I expressed she is the manager .. she finally came to the window . I explained that each time before I had received discounts in the past. I express some locations ring it up as police. They do give police. I feel like it could have been handled a different way. 1.) we were dismissed at first and she didn’t want to come to the window. I feel all customers should be handle with respect. 2.) Be consistent with store policies
WAYS TO RESOLVE
Other things to ponder##%#### it’s been my experience that some employees don’t know how to properly apply discounts, so when customers ask …. They automatically say no!
I did purchase the food, but did not receive a discount.
I went online and found they do...
Read moreVery frustrated! On Friday November 2nd at 10:30pm I went through the drivethru. (they close at 12am!) I attempted to order a Whopper. I was told that "We are out of whoppers". I questioned this and said "you're Burger King. How can you be out of whoppers?" What can I order? He said chicken. So, I left very irritated. I called the next day around 4:30pm & asked to speak to the Manager. A young woman got on the phone. I told her what happened, and she responded by saying "I think something was wrong with the truck". Now, I can understand that so I immediately drove up there. I ordered my whopper (since they had it the next day) and went to the window. I young man was there and I asked if he was working the night before... He said yes, but he wasn't the one at the window the night before. I said "I was here last night and tried to order a whopper. I was told you were out and I was kind of rude. I want to apologize to you all for that. I'm sorry" He responded by telling me "The truth is that it was my fault. I was here and we weren't out of whoppers. I just didn't want to make them". I thanked him for being honest. However, now I have been lied to that night and by the manager? Not...
Read moreMy elderly, disabled parents love to get the specials from the Burger King! They can comfortably feed themselves, my mom's sister who resides with them, and even have a sandwich left over for me! We get the two for $6 sandwiches each time and we were able to mix them up and get some rompers and some chicken sandwich cuz my mom actually prefer the chicken sandwich over a Whopper! Special order every time. I'm not a big fan of pickles away I always get mine special-ordered and it can always comes out the same time as the rest of them and I never have to wait! It is a very filling sandwich. We don't know where the fries and drinks as they usually eat the meal at the house so we just prepare a beverage once we get home. This Lilburn Burger King has been around as long as I can remember. I have lived in Lilburn for over 25 years so I am in the habit of thinking of Burger King as his part of the family menu! One thing I can say is they definitely let us have it our way! Any changes are very welcome, And very...
