Ordered direct over phone. Asked for extra pizza sauce cup (free when ordering online but costs $1 over phone), when I wondered why, was given excuses but he said he would give free though I did say I would pay for it. Received pizza, did NOT get extra sauce as ordered and pizza was extremely greasy and pepperoni was overcooked, dry and crunchy. Usually get white cheesy so wasn't expecting so much grease. Called store and the manager argued and said it's from pepperoni, but it's the bottom of pizza. Offered to send me another but complained she would have to pay driver again. She says owner will deliver it and I can show him.
He arrives, I CONFIRM HE IS OWNER HE SAYS YES, I show problem, he says the grease is from garlic sauce (I didn't order), then says it's the extra cheese (I didn't order), then gave more excuses. Then HE COMPLAINED ABOUT HIS TIP!! Says I only gave him some change when I gave him extra dollars. Then says he's NOT THE OWNER only a supervisor. Then said there is no owner for this franchise. 🤨
This store just LIES & does not appreciate its customers. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY. He came to my home, argued with me and complained about his tip and says no refunds. If you do order here, do it thru delivery apps, at least they give refunds. Even spoke with another location and that GM even said they hear this location is the WORST!...
Read morePlaced a delivery order ($51) after about 25 minutes I clicked on the link to track order. Said order canceled for more information call restaurant. I called. A young lady answered, I explained the reason for my call, she asked to verify my order # (not phone # or address). I looked up order # from my email and she put me on hold. Some young guy picked up and said yeah your order was cxld, you called and cxld it. I told him I did not and he argued I did! He said someone called my GM and said to cxl this order at your address then quoted my address. He said all I had to do was replace the order if I decided I wanted it. I told him $51 was pending out of my bank account, that I didn't want to have another $51 pending. He was really rude,i asked to speak to the GM and he told me he was a shift mgr and I could talk to him. AND he said look once your order is cxld, that money goes back into your bank account and hung up on me. I called back immediately, a man answered the phone. I asked to speak to the GM, he said that was him. I explained my situation again and he said yes someone from your house called to cancel an order for and recited my address. They quickly fixed the issue which was great yet they wanted the wings back? Not sure how that would have happened if we noticed it by having to open them… my 11 year old was not about to wait for the new set to come or my husband… Then we got the corrected amount of wings for the buffalo wings and noticed the original ones we got were missing the sauce? So the order was messed up as far as the wings. Other than that the food was DELICIOUS AND FAST and HOT!!! I highly recommend though that you check your WITH the driver and do not let him leave without taking back what was wrong. The long pauses on the phone made me feel uncomfortable for even trying to get this corrected. We love Marcos pizza though!
