Subway — Restaurant in Lilburn

I ordered a Philly sandwich , salt and vinegar chips, and Coke on the app. While I was waiting for them to give me my food they didn’t have the chips i requested which was annoying but no big deal. Then I get my sandwich and proceed to head to my car . I ended up turning back around because sandwiches tend to be messy when eating them so I decide to go back in and sit down . I proceed to open my sandwich and it was covered in sauce, meat that look not up to standard ( look almost spoiled), and to top it off an aggressive amount of onions that was thrown poorly on my sandwich. They didn’t put any banana peppers or jalapeños. So I address them, at the front about my order and they tell me that they are “ out of jalapeños and banana peppers” so instead of informing me about the missing ingredient they decided to say the hell with my order and did what they felt was necessary. She then ask me did I want to put any other toppings which was a stupid question because if I didn’t get it in the first place why would I want that now.... so I just requested a churro in place of the inconvenience. To make a long story short, I had lunch at this subway about 3x week, since I worked within walking distance. I would always order a veggie delight. One day I decided to order a turkey sandwich and the staff refused, stating that they believe I was ordering the turkey sandwich to receive the special price and would throw away the turkey! It goes without saying that I was upset and couldn't believe this nonsense. I didn't plan to throw away the turkey, but once I pay for it, I'm at liberty to do whatever I want with it! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Absolutely TERRIBLE! Don’t eat here. I had an allergic reaction to ingredients I asked the store specifically to make sure NOT to add these ingredients to my veggie wrap. The quality was also very poor. I called to confirm my order but not only did they lie about adding the ingredients, they also showed no remorse in resolving the issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE should be a a top priority. I will be sure to never eat here again and will never suggest this restaurant to anyone. TIP value your customers because they are the sole reason your...
