Where do I begin!! This was by far the BEST Waffle House experience I have ever had! Everyone was exceptional in their customer service, food prep, and clean up. It was AMAZING!! Dee, the manager, did a fantastic job being aware of waiting customers, maintaining order and managing her young crew with respect and positive encouragement. Everyone seemed concerned about getting orders prepared and out to customers in a timely manner. As we waited for our order we had the pleasure of observing servers - Josh, Stef and Amy in action. They were on point!! And the cooks!! AMAZING!! - props to Tevin, Janiyah and Asia. They were efficient in getting orders beautifully prepared in close quarters! Henry, the door greeter was very pleasant and when he wasn’t greeting, he was cleaning! There was quite a rush of to-go orders along with seated guests, and let me just say, this place ran like a well oiled machine! So nice to see so many young people working well together and independently! They did not skip a beat! When the rush ended, everyone got busy restocking, tidying up, washing dishes preparing for the next rush! I never saw anyone on their phones, or shooting the breeze when things needed to be done. The food we DELICIOUS!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They deserve at least that. This will be our Waffle House “go to” for the foreseeable future....
Read moreI hardly ever write reviews and certainly never for waffle House, because it’s just a universally known thing to expect bad service and low quality food, and I typically only go for a quick dinner after hours when everything else is closed or late night leaving the club craving greasy food, but my most recent experience here has changed my personal perspective therefore I felt the need to share My experience. I went with a group of my closest friends after dropping our kids off at a school dance. We were all tired after a long busy day and decided Waffle House since it was late and the closest available dine in option. Everything was fine but my waitress Bridgette made it better… she anticipated Al of our needs before we even had to ask … she was fast and friendly. She was outgoing and personable but also didn’t impose or linger too long unlike the typical rude and hostile type of service I’ve learned to expect to receive when dining at any Waffle House. Her appearance was clean and professional She got my order right the first time without me having to repeat myself. From now on we all decided we will only dine there if she is there to be my waitress. She should be made as a role model to the other waitresses on how to take care of customer the right way. Read moreUnfortunately, my husband and I just left this Waffle House due to the horrible attitude we encountered at the door. I'm currently sitting at IHop, along with 3 other groups that came and left this Waffle House for the same reason. Collectively, that's a total of 14 people that Waffle House lost in 10 minutes. When greeted, the waitress said are you making a to go order. I said no, we would like to dine in. Then she said we'll that aide is closed and I'm the only server. So we said ok. She walked away and started helping a table. We flagged her back and said, we will just place a to go order (with the impress that she was overwhelmed). She responded with....that's going to take a long time so y'all gone be waiting a while. My husband asked if we could put in the order anyway. She said yes and took our order but never went to put it in. The next group sat down and she told them, that section was closed. But it was the same section she told us we could sit in.
