Panda Chinese restaurant — Restaurant in Lilburn

PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFTY!!! If I had the option to not put a start I would. I ordered a number 5 of their menu. When I got home I started to eat bit when I got some noodles from the bottom of the plate it tasted like a chemical and my tongue went completely dry and numb I instantly spit the food out and went to the sink. What got me very nervous was that o actually swallowed some of that😰 my mom gave me lemon and milk and thank god my tongue went back to normal. I called them and told them I was on my way to return the food and explained what had happened. When I got there i went straight to check out and told them what HAPPEND. When the cook or owner what ever he is came out and started smelling the food he said all he could was give me a new meal. I told him “ do you really think I want your food after what HAPPEND to me” and he finally said he could give me my money back I told him it was not about the money it was about his costumers health he kept saying the i almost finished my plate when that was a whole lie my plate was very full. He then kept strugging his shoulders like he did it care I then asked him “ do you really even care?” And he kept strugging his shoulders and made a face like he really didn’t care I then told him I was going to post a bad review and that if any customers came in I would tell them not to eat there. Once I said that a customer came in and I stated telling not to eat there because of what happened to me he then got mad and started yelling at me telling me I had no right to speak to him when he had the right to know what HAPPEND because of their food. I really really don’t recommend...

The food was amazing!! But customer service is terrible. Me, my boyfriend and his sister were ordering food at the drive thru and we asked for two hot wing plates and a honey chicken combo. He handed us the food and we checked it and it was one fried chicken plate, one braised chicken plate(we didn’t know at the time that it was braised chicken), and the honey chicken. We asked the man if he could give us the correct order because we didn’t ask for fried chicken. He told us to put hot sauce packets on it. We told him we wanted it to look like the braised chicken plate . Again we didn’t know that it was braised not hotchicken. Then he told us that it was braised chicken. So we told him that he got both orders wrong then. He told us we were “trouble” and to leave because he had a lot of customers and then slammed the drive thru window on us. We are all black so we were offended. Again the food was good but horrible...

I decided to try … it could be better, use WAY less oil and I didn’t get the sauce for my sweet and sour. Seemed maybe it was put together in a rush? I was hungry!!! this was my first and is the last meal of my day so I’m more so just happy I finally ate lol also when I think about portions and price because I paid extra for soup (bit salty) also no utensils or anything given …. I may stick with what I know unless next time I try I’m blown away..

2nd try: Had to go back today to try the bourbon chicken (Rare find) and it’s just a no. The menu has so many great options but they truly don’t cook with care or love, you can taste the lack it’s like something is missing MAJORLY! sooo yea it’s mid...
