Order Long Island Tea: it was okay Peaches and Cream: Terrible tasted liked cheap vodka and milk. Peach Maui: Not great but not terrible Frickin Chicken Nachos: The only thing that wasn’t terrible GD Sliders: burnt and hard top bun soggy bottom bun. Burger patty was dry and hard. Chili cheese fries: Pretty good but nothing to write home about Kids had chicken tenders with fries Daughter asked for a side salad as well
Food took 2 hours (not exaggerating) to arrive my daughters came without fries. It had three pieces of chicken the size of one chicken tender cut into thirds it was pathetic. We assumed that they just substituted the fries with the salad.
Instead we received the bill and we’re charged for the dinner salad and the kids meal. We corrected the kids meal charge because “kids eat free” so when the bill came back after the adjustment for the kids meal we asked why we were charged for the free appetizer we received for downloading the app so she took the bill again and brought it to us a third time. This time it still had charges on the bill for a drink we didn’t order. So it went back and a manager “Red” carried it and my card around aimlessly talking to several I other employees with a very confused look on her face before returning with our bill a 4th time still leaving the inaccurate charge on there but by comping us an employee meal discount.
So I still ended up paying for something I didn’t even order because they couldn’t figure out how to deal with the bill and my wife and kids were just impatient at that point waiting for 2 hours since the kitchen lost our order the. 45 minutes for them to discuss and learn how to properly charge the bill. Even though after 4 attempts and management involvement it still wasn’t right but I was done wasting time for them to try to get it right. We paid. Tipped our server well because it wasn’t her fault after all and left.
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place until they get some more training and a better grasp on smooth operation.
Beer Barrel is just around the corner and much better all around between service,...
Read moreI don't know if it's just us when we visit this place but this was our 3rd time here and the service wasn't good. The servers seemed to have there favorite tables/customers and they get all the attention from the server. For example: we arrived (my husband, preteen daughter and myself) was in line before another group of 3 came in and they looked at the people that came in after us and the hostess ushered them to go ahead of us and was talking to them the whole time, even asked if they would like there normal seating? There was 3 tables free. Those people were seated and we had to wait another 15 minutes to be seated. By this time I am wanting to be a "Karen" but I'm not. Then we end up with the same waitress as the people who were taken in front of us. She kept going over to them and talking... she came to our table took our drink order. 12 minutes go by and she brings our drinks; mind you we had 2 waters and 1 rootbeer. Not any alcohol that would make a drink take that long. We waited another 30 minutes and our food came. And with the food came our appetizers. I asked the waitress why it all came together and she said I put it in that way. I asked her why did she do it that way and her response was I forgot??? I asked if they would take the appetizers back as we won't be needing them as our food is here and she got mad. Another lady came over and told us since we didn't eat the appetizers they wouldn't charge us for them. I'm sorry but did you actually think we would pay for something that should have came out before the food??... the waitress never gave us any drink refills and if you know about the food sweet chili with hot can be a little warm and with nothing to drink because your waitress is not doing her job for your table but is for her regulars. It can be a little warm. Needless to say I kept my mouth shut but decided to leave this review instead because nobody really likes a "Karen" but dam*. I wouldn't be back here for a long time, we will just go to Buffalo Wild Wings next time and deal with not having the beter sauce than to deal with being treated...
Read moreMy wife and I asked our son where he wanted to eat, and he picked this place. So, we decided to have Fricker's for dinner. We had heard mixed reviews about this place but decided to give it a try anyway. We walked in and were immediately greeted and sat down, but our waitress took almost 10 minutes to get to our table. We ordered our drinks, but those took a while to get to us as well. When she finally returned back to our table again, we ordered our food, and this is where the real problem was. Our son's food made it to us after about 25 minutes, but my wife and I waited for over an hour before receiving our food (chicken sandwiches). My order was incorrect even though it was repeated back to me before being taken to the kitchen, and when I mentioned what was wrong, the waitress looked as me as if she was dumbfounded that my order could be wrong. Nontheless, she apologized and had the kitchen remake the order the way it was supposed to be initially. This time, the wait was only around 20 minutes, but the cook muttered something along the lines of "ain't nothing wrong with that chicken." The staff here is noticeably in need of better training. Our waitress kept "forgetting" to refill our drinks, and at one point, I had to tell her that she left my drink sitting at the dispenser because she decided to sit at an unoccupied table and roll silverware into napkins instead of waiting 5 seconds for my drink to refill. There was another worker in the kitchen scrubbing the floor with a heavy duty steam mop all while food was still being cooked around him. The lack of concern and professionalism in this place is a problem. This was the first and last time we will come to the particular Fricker's location. It was a very forgettable experience, but our son enjoyed it, and that's the only good takeaway...
