Vibe Coffeehouse & Cafe — Restaurant in Lima

This place made the best iced latte I’ve ever had. It was a Blackberry Bourbon Caramel latte with oat milk. They went above and beyond by specially making it decaf even though that was not an available customization. I need to limit my caffeine for to health reasons and they made it happen.

You think it would be hard to top the best iced latte and customer service but the physical space itself is beautiful. The atmosphere was clearly crafted to foster conversation, host events/music, inspire artists, and grow the community. The couches and chairs are wildly comfy. This is a community hub in the making.

What a really cool place that is very appropriately named. Interior gives a very cozy and comfortable feeling. It just feels like it was transplanted from a bigger city. The coffee is as good if not better than the aesthetics of the place. If someone was in need of a place to hang out to get some work done, or a place to meet a friend to have a comfortable conversation, I'd recommend Vibe in a heartbeat. The service was excellent and had a good conversation with the baristas. Has a ton more personality than the chain coffee shops. My wife and I sure hope that Vibe sticks around for a good long while. An amazing atmosphere with amazing coffee. The name is apropos with the atmosphere as it gives off a very comforting and even empowering vibe. The industrial design blends well with the bookshelves and leather furniture. The walls have gorgeous black and white photos of strong POC (drinking coffee of course!) and very chic bohemian style world map. I was told the owner was a local graduate of the area. But it wasn’t just the atmosphere that sold me, the coffee I had was absolutely delicious. I tried an October special called Pumpkin Brisk Mocha and loved it.
