I have literally never written a poor review for any business in my life, but I received some of the worse service ever, today. Earlier this evening I ordered a large pizza as a thank you for some employees who put in the extra mile for us after a very long and hard day. After waiting over an hour, I get the pizza only to find they got the order wrong! I called in, the woman apologized and offered to make a replacement. I told her I wasn't sure if they'd want to wait and ask I'd if they were willing to accept it as is. She told me she would put the order in anyway and rush it to us, but to please call and cancel if the replacement wasn't needed. The woman also assured me she would keep the phone with her to personally take the call. The team was too hungry to wait, so I called within 10 minutes to cancel. A gentleman answered who put me on hold and after waiting 7 minutes, I was hung up on. I tried calling again, reached the same gentleman, and was hung up on after holding 1 minute and a half. At this point, I was angry and decided to let them bring the pizza anyway--I tried to do my due diligence and cancel. 40 minutes later I called one last time, FINALLY reached the woman from the first call...who tried to put me on hold! I refused to hold a 3rd time and explained my anger at the way I was treated. The lady did apologize, but then pretended that she was waiting on my call to see IF we wanted the replacement pizza. This is NOT what we had discussed. I also explained that I did call--twice!--and was hung up on. Her answer to that was that she wasn't the one who answered, then asked me if I still wanted the pizza. I told her I no longer wanted anything from them and to have a nice day. I can't speak for my entire company, of course, but they certainly lost...

Ordered 2 large cheese pizzas with extra sauce. While eating a slice, my 8 year old spit out a sharpe metal shaving most likely from their kitchen opening the sauce with the can opener. This was after having eaten the majority of his slice and having mentioned something hard a few bites before. I told him it was probably just hard cheese or a tomato chunk not realizing what he meant. Assuming now it was actually more metal shavings. We didn't eat the rest of the pizza out of precaution so it was a waste. Now I am online reading the negative effects metal shavings can have on the body if ingested. Called to let them know and the girl sounded a bit confused and just agreed that was a problem then got off the phone. I rarely leave negative reviews because these things happen but I'm not so sure I was impressed by the lack of response when letting them know. No name or number requested from me to figure out if there is more product still in stock that should be disposed before making the same mistake. Interested to see if 1 star reviews mean anything rather than calm phone calls. Oh well, plenty of other pizza places...

Had a bad delivery experience with this shop a few months ago, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. Last week we ordered food for pick up, and accidentally forgot one item. I called back within TWO minutes of the first call to correct the order, and the woman on the phone told me that the food was already cooked. Absolutely impossible. Not only was the woman rude but, handed the phone to a “manager” who said they would correct the order. Went to pick the food up 30 minutes later, and was given attitude by the same woman. We got home and checked the food... only to realize that the one sandwich was wrong and the wings were burnt (actually black). I called the shop back and heard a manager yell in the background, “what the f* am I supposed to do?” We told the manager how disappointed that we were not only in the food, but the staff/service as well. Complete ignorance and disrespect . I will never order from this...
