First and foremost, they take the KFC app, however NOT the taco bell app. I don’t go to this taco bell for that reason alone, they do not have the patience (and i feel bad) for the customisations. I’ve been a few times with bf this past weekend. 6/3 at 5:58pm, we recited our drive thru order, reading off the app, they told me to pull forward but waved me not to pull up to the drive thru window. After the car that was pulled forward to the stop sign got their food and drove away, I drove up to the window. There were around 3 employees nearby, the one said “It’s not your fault, we didn’t want you to pull up bc of the window times.” I offered to pull around to a spot, paid and got my drinks- they were not very friendly or communicative. I had also asked for my receipt and did not receive it. We waited 25 minutes, the guy who brought out our food had a good demeanor. They NEVER give you all of your items. Naturally we checked and were missing 2 items. We went inside, the dining room was busy, however they are prompt with fixing missing items. The problem is it happens so often that we watched the next 2 drive thru cars come inside also missing items.
Today I went 6/5 2:50pm. We were not planning on returning to this location, but gf needed after work treat. I pulled around to the drive thru, they said to order I have to come inside. I walked in and noticed the huge no refunds sign, “satisfaction is our guarantee”, they will gladly fix your order- you’d think they’d focus on getting it right/ quality control the first time. There was one other woman waiting for her food, sunglasses and pink bonnet. I was not helped for 3 minutes, they were making her food just around the corner and handed it off before taking my order. The dude was nice- I understand that this location does not take the app, but he was not prepared to customise the $7 luxe box that has more options than advertised on menu at this location. Instead of making it a chicken chalupa, he added a whole new ($5.59) chalupa. I also asked to upgrade our drink to a large. He told me my total was $19, i said that didn’t feel right, it still came out to $15 after the extra drink was removed. He gave me a receipt and I saw the extra chalupa, got my drink and I hopped back in line to at least ask for a refund. The dude got his manager, Taj, who very kindly offered a refund “on her” bc of the nature of this mistake. At this point she had my receipt. It was right before this that the same woman in sunglasses and a pink bonnet came back in unsatisfied with her chicken complaining it was old and that the bones were black. They remade it once and she rechecked it, along with the other guy who just got his food. She was still upset and complaining about it being old, needing a new piece, specified she wanted a breast, extra crispy- she was not going to be satisfied and kept going at it- didn’t like when the employees told her 20mins for a fresh piece of chicken, there was now a full dining room. Manager kept her cool for a bit however customer still did not like her attitude. She kept saying “have a nice day” asking her to leave with her decent new pieces of chicken. She was about to leave when the manager said something like “but you keep fvcking coming back for chicken”, even another customer told her to watch her language. At this point it escalated and the manager had enough/ did everything she could and this lady was still talking at her. The guy employee saw it happening and held her back until she went into the office and lost control of her temper. Needless to say, I left without a refund because this much does not need to be happening in a Taco Bell. The long wait times, inconsistent orders, and countless upset customers at this location is a clear indicication that something needs to happen. A better supported staff for two whole menus, as well as the app/kiosk ordering would help. Do better Taco...

Update: This place STILL SUCKS!! 🤣 So my friend and I went there last Sat night at around 9:15pm. Dining room was closed because it closes at 8:00. We were only the second of two cars in the drive thru so not busy at all. We ordered two of the #2 combo meal (6 soft supreme tacos in total) BUT we asked for NO TOMATOES. Also I ordered the #6 Chalupa beef combo meal. All I asked for were extra hot sauces (which she said they would throw in our bag). We paid $35 (not kidding - it was $34 and some change) After getting our food, we pulled over to check on the tomatoes because the last time we had gone there, my friend had tomatoes on all her tacos.. And guess what?!?! 🙄 There were tomatoes AGAIN!!! 😵 So we go back thru the drive thru and tell her. No apologies. She says to drive around. They didn't say anything to us and looked like they were discussing the situation. Then gave us our new tacos - again, no apologies. We finally get home AAAAANNND three of the tacos didn't even have any lettuce (despite it being "supreme". It's more like they are supremely disappointing) AND not a single packet of hot sauce!!! 😖 We are so D-O-N-E!! I honestly don't understand how they can stay in business with this level of incompetence and unprofessionalism... And now I've spent way too many minutes of my life on this stupid review... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Always double check your food or be prepared for them to screw up your order. Or, at the very least, prepare to pay an exorbitant price for tacos that only have a smidgeon of beef. 😓 It's rip-off central...
Read moreUpdate 2025- This location has somehow gotten worse. The last two times I have went, they told me that the Taco Bell side was closed, even though KFC was open. How does that even make sense? Today, I called and asked if TB was open before driving out there and wasting my lunch break again. The lady was very rude to me and said, “Uh yeah. Taco Bell is open everyday. We have NEVER run out of food”. I said “I understand, but I have been there twice and the TB side was closed due to short staffing”. She said “No m’am. That has literally never happened” and hung up on me! So now we’re lying too? My last two experiences and TON of other reviews say otherwise.
The guy at the counter, John who was supposedly a supervisor, was rude when taking my order. He also charged me for my dipping sauce, which no other location has done, but I didn’t bother mentioning it. My crunchwrap ended up having barely any black beans in it. How was this worth $6? Then I placed a to-go order on the app, so I could take it along with me and not bother the employee at the register again. I got a notification that my order was ready, but I didn’t see it sitting at the mobile order counter. I waited ten more minutes until going up and asking if it was ready. He said he has “no control over mobile orders” and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed him my phone and he said there’s nothing he could do, not even refund me. So I paid for food I never...
