While traveling on business I brought my own starbucks pumpkin spice k pods knowing that the hotels we stayed at wouldn't have coffee to my liking. My luck the hotel in Lincoln City we stayed at didnt have a keurig. I quickly drove to Starbucks hoping they would be able to brew my pod for me or at least have the same coffee I wanted. They didn't have either, but the barista, Jo, was so awesome. She went above and beyond to satisfy me. Usually when I order a blonde pour over I end up getting negative vibes from whoever gets asked to make my coffee, but Jo happily made my coffee and graciously splashed a bit of pumpkin spice syrup in there to replicate my starbucks k pod. Not only did she make the best cup of coffee I've had all week, but she filled my Starbucks S'Well bottle with ice and water..... one ice cube at a time mind you. Jo is doing an amazing job and there's no doubt that I will return to this location next time we travel through. I've been a loyal VIP Gold card customer for nearly 25 years and Jo made me feel like Starbucks VIP for the first time. Hats...
Read moreSeriously so rude! I'm very disappointed. Tried to go here on Sunday. My sister missed the drive through micro/speaker. She tried to back up but someone pull in right behind us; going a little to fast for a drive through/parking lot. And we got stuck in line. We decided to wait to order at the window since there was only one car ahead and behind us. When we get to the window we apologized for missing the original order window/micro phone and ask if we could order two iced coffees with her. She rudely ignores us and walks off to grab the shift lead. The shift lead said she was too busy and we'd have to go back around and wait! Totally handled that wrong. I used to be a shift for the second busiest store in the PNW, OHSU children's hospital. And I would never do that. They weren't busy. I've had 81 orders, not including the line out the door, in a 30 minute span... So we took our bussiness and 10 dollar tip to coffee people instead. I will be...
Read moreLaura needs to be demoted immediately, this person does not know what they are doing. Laura yelled at me to “get out of her driveway immediately,” numerous times because she was too lazy to go get the general managers card. Not only did they forget to give my mom her credit card last night, they told me I, myself could come pick up the card. When I got there they then said the person with an ID who’s card it is can only pick up the card. The people at the window then had the audacity to tell me it wasn’t there fault and my mom should have asked for the credit card back! Another awful worker also told me I don’t need to know the managers last name in order to contact her- Awful experience will be reporting...
