Used to love B.Cs pizza, but I ordered 2 days ago and it was completely raw. I called and let them know about the situation and that I had a party of roughly 10 people and had already bit into it, if they wanted those pieces back or just tossed them out. I was advising to toss them out.
Fast forward to yesterday, I called to let them know I was coming so they could get started on the pizza. I was passed to 4 different employees, and ended up getting hung up. I showed up with the pizza and the lady in the front was super nice and took it back with no issue. We asked for it well done. We returned to pick it up and that’s were we meet Tim. Let’s just say Tim was very unprofessional. He first stated that the doughy/ raw was probably cheese because it has 2 layers. Half of the pizza was supposed to be no cheese, so it was a bit concerning that it had cheese because my father is lactose intolerant. Tim stated that next time to not return a half eat-in pizza, we explained that we had 10 individuals who took a piece and the employee who had answered the day before said to throw them away. He kept being rude, so we just took the pizza and stepped out side. We checked the pizza, and it was still raw!!!!!!! We had told the nice lady in the front well done. So here comes Tim again and says it was the sauce making it raw. So first it’s the cheese and now the sauce? We asked to just get it put in the oven a bit more of time, and Tim got very upset, went to the back and said “just give them the money back and send them on their way”. We just wanted our pizza not raw, not our money back. So to who ever Tim is, cook the pizza a little longer. This is unacceptable from any establishment, and will be letting...
Read moreThis use to be my favorite pizza place up until a few weeks ago. My mom ordered a pizza and when we got home, we found a piece of hair in our food. That's not why I'm rating this a two... My mother wanted her money back so she sent me to address the issue with the manager. I was being cordial and nice about the situation because i understand that mistakes are made and so on and so forth; plus I work in customer service myself so I know how frustrating it is to have to deal with a customer yelling and cursing at you about a mistake. The manager came off very rude as if I was the reason his day had gone bad. At first he tried to argue that the hair didn't belong to anyone in the kitchen because it was black but when I looked in the back room, I seen almost ever employee not wearing hair net. I should've said something then but was still trying to figure out was this guy really having an attitude towards me when I was being cordial about the situation. It took about 20-30 minutes for me to get my mothers money put back on her card for food that had hair found in it... You guys... I know working on customer service is rough... I get it... I understand because I work in it too and sometimes it can get frustrating, but you should really cherish the customers who come to you in a cordial and respectable manner because we all know there aren't too many out there that comes into our place of business. Ill be sure to post how the salad looked. All lettuce barely any thing else. I called to simplely tell them could they replace it. I wasnt looking for anyone to pick it up. So I called BC's pizza and talked to a young man. i told him that the sub was ok ( good) but the issue with the salad. He ended up putting the manager on the phone by the name of Steve didnt catch his last name. I tell him the issue . not even hearing me out first thing he starts doing is telling me how i was wrong. He says " ohh well i can inform you Ive had the same salad maker for 4 years she always put enough in there. Goes in to argue with me very rude..
