Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

It only received two stars because of the customer service. I see a client once a week in the Wyandotte area, so I stop here weekly for coffee most times; but today I stopped for breakfast as well. I ordered a sausage biscuit combo and a 10-piece TimBit.

I received my total and explained to the person that took my order I had a coupon for the Timbits. Upon arriving at the window a person who didn't take my order gave me part of my order and took my money as well as the coupon to adjust accordingly . A different person then came and gave me the remainder of my order in the form of coffee and Timbits and gave me no change even after I asked if there was a price difference. I drove about 10 minutes to my destination and opened my sausage biscuit to find it hard as a rock and dark, it was nothing that was edible, in my opinion.

After seeing my client I took the sausage biscuit back, mind you I ate everything else. I showed the cashier the sausage biscuit and she explained to me that it looked like it had been sitting for 2 hours because she recognized me from the drive-thru window; I explained to her that this is how I received the sandwich and she continued to explain to me that that was impossible since they made their food fresh per order. I explained to her that I was not going to argue about how I received my food and further informed her that I did not ask for cheese on my sandwich which they placed on there anyway. I told her I would just like a new sausage biscuit and I was informed they were all out of sausage. She was accommodating in that she gave me a coffee in place of the biscuit, however, it was evident from the look of the sausage that it was old, and not from having sat while visiting my client, but from sitting under a...

I wanted to update my review! I only upped my 1 star rating to a 3 because of the young lady thats working right now! I wish i could give her 10 stars but Your parking lot is even worse then before but the employee that works midnights is amazing, she is in there alone and keeping a smile on her face while dealing with the crazy ppl you get overnight. She was friendly, helpful & has the most beautiful smile I've ever seen. Most people will only write reviews to complain and I wanted to acknowledge your amazing employee....I just wish I would have got her name but also you still need to fix your lot and your entrance/exit driveway....I can't believe you would even pass an audit because of how bad it is. FIX YOUR DAMN LOT! I normally don't get coffee here because I make it at home but I wanted one since I got off work early and remembered you were open 24hours so I drove from woodhaven to get one. 1st I pull in slowly because I did see the pot hole on the driveway entrance but then I get to the drive thru 😡 I did not see this pot hole because it's raining so I hit it hard and damaged my rim on the front drivers side and it cracked my bumper 😡 so now I have an unforeseen financial burden because of you! You are a business and it is your responsibility to upkeep your lot. I complained to a few family members that live nearby and they claim your pot holes have been there for months! Where do I start? This place is horrible! From the staff to the food to the cleanliness. 9 out of 10 employees they hire are lazy, slow, rude and incompetent. You're lucky if you get that 1 person that actually knows what they're doing and knows how to treat their customers. Morning shift can't keep up with the drive thru and they make you go around and park in front just to wait for a drink. I tried their new everything bagel with scrambled eggs, cheese and sausage and the eggs were sloppy/mushy and the bagel was soggy. Absolutely disgusting! They put the slowest person as cashier in the front that takes 10 minutes to just make a drink. Evening/night shift are 10X worse. They all have a phone permanently attached to their hand doing nothing while people wait in the drive thru line to have their order taken. No one can make a drink to save their lives. They're all lazy and don't have any work ethic at all. I've had so many bad run ins with this location and they just continue to get worse. I don't understand how they are still open with so many people complaining about the workers and how bad this location is. I've spoken to managers and they're just as bad. Act like they care but nothing ever gets done.

Please do not respond with I'm sorry about your experience. If you have time to reach out to us so we can talk about this further BS, you can save that. Nothing will ever get done. Fire your lazy employees, that's a start. Clean that place...
