7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Lincoln

First and last time going to this place. Daughter said they had advertised a buy one get one free on Instagram. We got in line at 7:15pm...waited over an hour for some reason but when we finally ordered they were no longer doing the special. Then to top it off I ordered a Orange Sherbet Milkshake and it was pink when handed to me. I asked the worker if he was sure it was an Orange Sherbet Milkshake because it was pink and he said sometimes the colors are off. After driving off and getting a straw in the container it was not Orange Sherbet Milkshake but was pretty much strawberry maybe with a hint of orange. I then tried to call the number when I got home and could only leave a message. Like what kind of customer service is that? Why would I ever go back? They could have come out to the line to let us know we missed the cutoff but nope ignore the customer and give them the wrong...

I normally love 7 brew. Service was lackluster today. It was sprinkling and the barista would not come down the line to take orders. She said she refuses to go out. Um, what?! Meanwhile, I watched 7, SEVEN, cars get served in the other line! My daughter ordered a drink with oatmilk as she's lactose intolerant. It comes out, looking totally different than the last dozen times she's ordered it... and had cold foam... it's never had cold foam before and they didn't ask... and what's the point of oatmilk if they're gonna top it with cold foam!? Customer service was fine interaction wise - but they definitely need to work on a better system with taking orders and handing them for both lanes and not just one. One lane was passing through quicker than the other even tho the other lane was shorter which made no sense to me. The drinks all looked simple as well? This happens every time at this location and it’s frustrating. The 7brew on O st is always busy but I understand now why. They seem to be more fair with taking and handing orders and they’re much quicker so I find the trip worth taking instead of this location even tho it’s...
