I drove 2 hours to attend swag day. I drove with my 4 kids and husband. We ordered 3 drinks, 2 of the 3 were wrong. My coffee tasted like burnt espresso and breve. NOTHING like it should and it's my usual, the same drink i have easily ordered 200 times. The fizz was not a razorberry, it taste like hummingbird( razorberry is another frequent order). When ordering, they handed me 3 of the same exact shirts, I asked if I could have one of each style(the entire reason I ordered 3 drinks was to get one of each design because my kids are too small to wear it and my husband won't wear it) she said all they had out was one design in M and L and the other style was XL. She stated none were out and organized and they were just grabbing. I told her " oh nevermind then on the fizz and smoothie, I dont want 3 of the same shirt, who would?" She said she wouldn't cancel my order and that there was nothing she could do. I have been to multiple 7brews and have never experienced this before. There were plenty employees just standing in the grass and they could of easily been sent to the trailer to start organizing shirts and pulled out two larges in the other styles or refunded me for the 2 drinks I did not want anymore. I was in line at 430am waiting so turning back to have my drinks remade was not going to happen considering the excessively long lines. Completely unorganized and not very cultivate...
Read morei’m such a loyal customer to seven brew , i’m talking everyday & sometimes twice a day . I LOVE the other two locations to the point the workers know me and my car && my employees ((i’m a general manager)) . I was sooo excited to start going to this location giving its right by my house . But everytimeee i come here the energy is negative , half the staff are not working , and orders are being put out in the wrong order … this seems like a lack on consistency here :(
last night was the pushhh for me , just got off work it’s 10 at night & i have to babies in my back seat . there’s a car in front of me that has ALREADY got there drinks. The worker proceeded to sit in the window of the car and talk AVOIDING anymore customers after her . it was 10 minutes before i had to reverse in line & enter the other line .
The other line worker , had amazing energy told me she was sorry & unfortunately she wasn’t able to leave from her station . i told her it was okay and not her fault . she gave me the best energy out of everybody there .

This is mainly a drive through operation in which they will have you pull up to the car ahead as needed however they are always polite and helpful with anything you might wonder about their drinks. They know how to work quick and provide positive customer interactions. Many of them have not worked at other locations when asking them however I would have guessed they worked for the company for a while for how knowledgeable they all were. It was sunny and quite busy for the grand opening on June 2, 2025 but the service was speedy fast. It was impressive. I would hope that management could post prices of their items as their QR code only shows the menu but no pricing. It’s quite easy to provide a dynamic menu QR code that could update pricing and seasonal drinks. If this is implemented it would help first time...
