The Tam Restaurant & Pub — Restaurant in Lincoln

I used to absolutely Loved this place but ever sence the new owners took over, it has really went downhill bad. My husband and I went in on Saturday 2/5/22 at lunch time we should have know when it took 20 minutes for the bar tender to get our order even that it wasn't going to fair well for us! But we gave them a change... He got a crispy chicken sandwich and I got a well done sunny side up burger. Mind you she asked me how I would like my hamburger cooked and I replied well done. While 45+ minutes waiting for our lunch the waitress had a call a man asking to order some Togo food 2 hotdog baskets the special for the day she replied okay give me 45 minutes when the man got there 45 minutes later she hadn't even put his order in at witch time she finally brought out our order, I realized that the hamburger was raw inside and my husband's chicken sandwich smelled like fish and tasted horrible like old oil! She knew the service was horrible she even said it to us when she brought the bill worried about money but couldn't even ask if we were happy with our food or possibly if we needed more water knowing we were unhappy she didn't offer to take my disgusting meal off or even give me any kinda discount!! Horrible experience unfortunately we will not be returning because I don't want to get sick or...

Never in my days would I believe I would receive a threatening voicemail from the owner of a facility... Yet here we are.. I still have it saved, dare anyone to doubt me I go the proof..

Called to order to go, placed on "hold", 20 minutes I arrive at the store still on hold to find only 3 people in the store with the lady who put me on hold, shooting the breeze. They said I harassed the lady. I walked in angry and they said "what's your problem". Me- I'm still on hold... The face of the lady working light like OMG I did that.. but I was already too upset. Placed a complaint and got threatening phone calls to come on down and settle...

I was a little nervous about this place. Not the best part of town and it looked a little run down on the outside. But I'd heard there was pinball inside so I was willing to try anything. Boy was I wrong. Yeah it's not nice and new inside. It's a bit of a dive. But it was clean and the people were super friendly. Drinks were cheap. Food was cheap (I regret not trying any food) The place was just cozy. And most importantly they have PINBALL. Probably the most in Lincoln at the time. They had 3 machines, Medieval Madness, Theater of Magic and Family Guy. I hadn't seen a ToM on location since the 90s....
