Arrived and no one was at the reception! So, I rang the bell. After the second time, someone appeared, with one hand on da phone and the other hand on his lips, looked at me as a signal to tell me, keep quiet … he is on the phone! Just wonder if any of these people working in hospitality business ever have any training about hospitality at all?!?!? 1) Yes, nice big two beds room with bugs! So they need pest control! 2) the hall and the room, the whole air ventilation system need services, because the hall and the room smell like …, they just had a BIG and very friendly 420 party there! I came out and felt literally head and dizzy! 3) after one night of parking and the pictures show, what happened to the interior of my car!

The rooms are clean and spacious! The newly renovated lobby is gorgeous. The highlight would have to be the made to order breakfast with the omelette station. There are also other choices that are grab and go for breakfast. The drink selection is top tier with sodas, juices, multiple coffee and milk choices, including single serve almond milk cartons. Very pleased with this stay.

If I could give them 0 I would. This was the worst experience I have ever delt with. They have Filthy rooms, and the customer service was even worse. I wouldnt recommend staying here even if it was the last hotel in Lincoln. As u can see they do not clean very well l, and we found a bed bug, which is in a photo below, right after checking out the room.

Do Not Stay Here- it's a halfway house.

This is far from a hotel or even a motel, it's a halfway house. We arrived and were met with a lot of issues. Upon entering the room, we noticed that it had not been actually cleaned very well, the floor was sticky and the bathroom had soap/shaving creme in some places. The kitchen faucet was quite shotty, it was duct taped (might of used bandaids to do whatever they were trying to do) and sprayed water everywhere the second you turned the water on. Several of the electrical outlets have exposed wiring or the cover plates themselves missing. When we went outside an individual pulled up and asked "Is this a place where we can go if were f** up??" I replied no, it's not that type of facility. We started unloading some of our stuff and I happened to be carrying a gun in, when someone shouted "nice gun", we decided we didn't want to stay there. We walked back in the front door and the guy who had asked us about the business walked in behind us. When we asked Patel if this was indeed a halfway house he half murmured "no??" and we turned around and asked the same guy who was seeking help- he said "yes, it is" and Patel acknowledged his response.

It was evident that this individual had just gotten out of the hospital, his leg was amputated, he told a friend that I was with that he knew his face and that he saw face in the hospital (we just got done driving from Colorado and Illinois). We told Patel we didn't want to stay there and I even offered to pay for the two hours we had the room at this point. Patel said that he couldn't offer us any help and that we would have to call Omreesh (Owner, Manager). When I called Omreesh he said he wouldn't refund us because this was all out of the control of him but that we should have no problems. Omreesh became very irate and started yelling at me for not wanting to stay in the building. Eventually Omreesh said the "Director of Operations" would meet me in the lobby and get everything squared away. So we walked back in and Patel once again said that he understood our concerns and that he would gladly refund us if he could but that Omreesh was the only person that could issue it and that he didn't have the password. When I asked to speak to Omreesh, I was told he was on vacation. Seems like based on other reviews, Omreesh is always on vacation. Do yourselves a favor and read the positive reviews, Omreesh has his entire family living on the first floor of the compound and they write his reviews. This place should be shutdown and their license revoked. Fairfield off Industrial is a great place to stay, it's very reasonable and...

I booked a room at this dump in October of 2018, and when I pulled into the parking lot, I realized I'd been duped. This place looks like the type of place where you'd contract a disease just by walking into the lobby. It also looks like the type of place where your car is unsafe being parked in their lot overnight. For these reasons, I canceled my reservation I'd just made upon arrival. The clerk - one of the least helpful men I've met in my life - refused to give me a refund, because those are handled by the front "office" manager. Ok, fine. So I asked to speak with the manager. I was told he was out for the day and would return the following Monday (by the way, this was a football weekend - what kind of hotel in downtown Lincoln doesn't have a single manager on duty during a football weekend?). I called back on Monday and was told the manager would be in on Tuesday. I asked if I could leave my phone number and have him call me back. The clerk - the same one from the night I arrived - told me that he wouldn't do that. I eventually convinced him to take my number, but nobody called me the following day. So I called again. Again, there was no manager on duty. Who runs this place?!? I worked at the Cornhusker Marriott for 7 years, and this is the most unlikely load of nonsense I've ever been told. You mean to tell me there's not a single manager on duty who can return a phone call for nearly an entire week straight? I can't believe the lack of service at this place. I wasn't a jerk when I canceled - I didn't say anything about how the place is falling apart, has paint chipping off the walls, seems like it houses at least seven types of viruses in the "lobby" alone - I just canceled my reservation and asked for a refund. I was polite. They've treated me with a non-stop runaround ever since. Avoid this hotel. Avoid it like your life depends on it - if you stay there, it just might. EDIT: For the record, they avoided my calls for several weeks until I eventually gave up. They won this time, but here’s hoping this review puts them out of business. I’m...

I stayed here for the first time last night. I had a very clean suite with a television (with HBO) in the bedroom and the living room (too bad I don't watch TV). Including the TV, the living room had a pull-out couch with coffee table, a large leather looking recliner, a dresser filled with bedding, and a large closet with five hangers (two were suit hangers), suitcase rack, and a ironing board and iron. The bathroom had a recessed fan, a large tub, a toilet, and a small but nice sink and lots of towels. The kitchen had a large refrigerator with freezer, a counter with a built in two burner cooktop, wash cloths and towels, a sink, microwave, a garbage pail under the sink, and everything needed for cooking including a full size Proctor Silex coffee pot, but no can opener. Other than the television, the bedroom had a queen or king size bed, a bedside table, two leather looking high back chairs (showing their age), a table, heater/air conditioner, the heater worked very well. The window, which was in the bedroom, did not have any drafts and the drapes kept out all light. The only drawbacks were the Internet, which was not strong enough to stream Netflix and went out occasionally and thin walls--such thin walls that I could hear upstairs and either side--but it was definitely quiet overnight. The people at the desk were very helpful and very nice. There is a very very nice Mexican style restaurant located diagonally south-west of the hotel, and a gas station/convenience store (with lots to choose from but no salads) exactly one block south of the hotel. Neither the convenience store nor the hotel had decaf coffee, so if you want decaf...
