Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lincoln

I would also give them a zero if I could. Come here often the girls used to be nice which is why I come back good service or not. However I’m pretty sure management changed as it’s all new people in the store who don’t know what they’re doing. Couple weeks ago I went in for my order I should have had $3 and some change handed back to me and the manager said oh we don’t have changing give you ranch instead. 1 I didn’t want there nasty ranch and 2 how do you not have change. A warning before I handed over my cash would have been nice so I could have decided if I wanted a $1 ranch instead of my $3 in change. Today he did the same thing it was only a quarter but still he tried to keep it handed me my receipt said ok bye no thank you or nothing. So I stood there and he kept staring at me so I’m staring back and he finally huffs opens the cash register and gave me my change. Since this wasn’t the first time it’s happened I’m assuming it’s something they do to try and get extra money. Literally will never come back the pizza isn’t even good I just came for easy dinner. But I could pay the same price at little ceasers for way better service and actually get my change back. I could go on about this place but I’ll leave it at this. Don’t order from this place it is nasty and every single time I come my order is wrong, not sliced, or here’s a good one, no toppings. Yes no joke got home to literally just freaking bread....

Second bad experience within two weeks.

The first time I ordered it I ordered as carry out. I got an alert on my phone letting me know my order was ready and once arriving to the store found out that my order was not ready. I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for them the cook the order they hadn't even put in the oven yet.

Today I ordered around 4:00pm. The order then proceeded to sit in "quality control" from 4:18 to 4:47 without going out for delivery. I called the store to see what was taking so long and they informed me they only had one driver and that it was taking a while to deliver. I didn't have time to wait another 20-30 minutes for a delivery and canceled my order.

You guys need to step up your customer service. You should have called me and informed me if it was going to take longer than expected. You also shouldn't have cooked the food so quick to leave sitting there for 30 minutes if it was going to not immediately go out for delivery.

The absolute worse experience at this domino's restaurant. Made my pizza wrong, then proceeded to try and convince me the ingredients were just hidden I couldn't see them. See 3 photos, one is domino's stock photo the other next one shows my order and last one is the so called " extravaganza with hidden ingredients " as the rude young man with black framed glasses explained. He offered refund or a remake, then brought the next one out opened the box and I quote " here you see they just left ingredients off the other one, so same pizza" closed box pushed thru truck window and rudely turned and walked away. He made it personal then so now I'm going the extra step to make it personal. I threw both pizzas in the garbage and went to another known pizza place in the area and ate dinner. He's lucky he didn't get to wear both of the pizzas. NEVER AGAIN people these kids don't care and no telling what he did to the Second pizza because I feel he is " that kind of guy"...
