Taqueria 3 Hermanos — Restaurant in Lincoln

Got my order wrong, I called on the phone and when I arrived they didn't even started my order. I had to tell the cashier my order again, the cashier repeated my order to them. I told her about my quesabirria and she said they got it. Came home and they didn't gave me the quesabirria I ordered, they gave me a Carne azada quesadilla. When I called the cashier same cashier who took my order answered and told me some lies that she was new at the system and that was her mistake, but I told her she told the order verbally. She also said they where overwhelm but when I was there they're wasn't anyone ordering, can't own up to their mistake with out making excuses. I told them that I would like a compensation for their mistake because I have to drive to place to pick up the food, they said no that the only thing they would do is remake the quesadilla. No thank you they are so bad with costumer service and the shredded chicken was nasty just took a bite and left it. They forever lost a costumer and if they don't care about it, then they don't care about...

This place is usually my go to for Mexican food in Lincoln. I usually order a carnitas burrito during lunchtime. On this particular occasion I decided on a Chorizo and egg breakfast burrito. It was unremarkable. I make these at home myself all the time and love them. Its literally 4 ingredients rolled into a tortilla, Chorizo, eggs, potatoes and cheese. It was flawed from the very beginning. I place no fault upon the cook however, this was strictly a quality of ingredients issue. This puts blame on Management. Mistake #1 The total absence of cheese. Mistake #2 substituting frozen French fries instead of freshly fried potatoes. It's just cheep and lazy. How anyone can choose frozen French fries when knowing fresh potatoes would make for a better product is beyond reason. I grew up a white kid in a Mexican farming town. I can say with total certainty that non of my friends moms used frozen French fries inside of a Chorizo...

I will never go here again. My husband and I were there on July 16th and I ordered two crispy tacos. The menu says meat, lettuce, sour cream and cheese. I am highly allergic to avocados so you can imagine my surprise when they came out with guacamole. When I told them and took my plate back to the counter a man came out over to our table holding the plate saying I never said no guacamole. He humiliated me arguing with me in front of the entire restaurant (with the cashier standing next to him). After he finally shut up I walked back over to the counter to cancel my order not knowing what they would do to my food. What he didn't know is that I am fluent in spanish as he spoke poorly about me returning my order. I will be sure and post reviews about this establishment everywhere I can. Who does that, the men sitting behind us said.....what the hell was that about. He was waiving my tacos...
