Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lincoln

We love the taste of the ice cream and all the flavors and combos they have! It’s such a great location but today the woman working was very rude and it really ruined the experience for our kids. The kids were pointing to a “sugar cone” but calling it a waffle cone because they are kids and the “sugar cones” didn’t have a label on them. The kids said “can I have a waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream” and she was like “well why are you pointing to a sugar cone and saying waffle cone” and they said “oh I want this small waffle cone” and she said “that’s not even a waffle cone” that’s fine she told them the correct name but the tone was unnecessary, they are little kids. We probably won’t come back if she is the only one working, making kids sad while they are ordering ice...

I always go to this place almost 3x a week for our ice cream but today is my worst experience ever. My husband who is a veteran asking for a discount showing his ID and he was declined. The cashier said she cannot do the discount like we usually do (8841 Inderbir) after we pay she turned her back on us as wee are talking to her, from a far she asked if we need a bag and i said of course as we have 4 quarts of ice cream in front of us. She put the bag on top of the ice cream but never did bag them. She never handed the receipt to us, it was the other girl who gave us the reciept. She is not supposed to be working in thos place, I love this place but we don't deserved this kind of service from her. It's a nightmare for a Sunday experiene....

I never treat myself to anything and today I decided to enjoy some ice cream and when I noticed the elderly female employee making the sundae wrong with the incorrect ingredients I asked her to please not forget the INGREDIENTS for the item I ordered and I got attitude from her and what seems to be her daughter 🙄 listen, if you dont want to work here, dont. But dont be rude to NICE paying customers who are paying YOU for a service. If you cant do it right, dont do it at all and certainly keep that tude to yourself bc I am not the one. I was polite bc it was crowded but if you give me that attitude again, you will hear this first hand in front of your face. BE RESPECTFUL. TAKE...
