I do not recommend this restaurant, and here is why. I used to love this place but the last two times we ordered here, the food was lacking flavor in every dish. Today was no exception. It almost felt like they are watering down all their sauces and broths. The first time I convinced my bf that it was a fluke, but today we ordered wonton soup, veggie delight with pork, chicken pad Thai, papaya salad, and mango curry.
Papaya salad was just sour. All we tasted was rice vinegar. No other flavor. And had just two lonely shrimp on top. Wonton soup: broth needed salt and tasted watered down veggie delight with pork: pork was VERY dry, flavorless, and the veggies did not taste like a stir fry but more like boiled. It was very bland. VERY bland. Oh and it all was floating in the veggie juices or broth? I’m not sure. chicken pad Thai tasted very very mild on the typical pad Thai flavor. And I LOVE pad Thai. It Tasted almost like regular tomato sauce. Noodles were overcooked and mushy. The lime wedge was already squeezed out and just placed in the corner. mango curry was not full of flavor as it should have been. Also was very bland.
Needless to say, we were very disappointed. The entire meal was $110 but definitely was not worth it. I doubt we will ever be brave enough to go risk it again and pay that kind of money to eat there. I was truly bummed because I was really craving Thai food and convinced my bf to give that place...
Read moreMy friend and I met here for dinner and it was amazing! We were greeted at the door by a lovely woman, she was very warm in her demeanor. Her hospitality was above and beyond, she had waters on the table before I even asked for them! We were never rushed. Our food was boxed for us. Everything was brought out to us. The restaurant is stunning in decoration and in cleanliness too! Just a great Thai place overall!
And the fooooood! The food was amazing!! We had the Wonton Soup, Avocado Curry and Yellow Curry and it was absolutely incredible! Lots of great flavor, and good texture. The Thai iced teas we had were really sweet and refreshing as well!
My friend pointed out to me that we had accidentally done too much talking and had stayed close to when they close, and they were so sweet to not make us feel rushed and let us take our time. I have to apologize, I wasn’t paying attention, or we would have left sooner! But it just goes to show how sweet and thoughtful they are to be sure you have a nice experience. I thought that was very kind of them and I appreciated it. I felt very bad when I realized we were so close to them closing!
I would absolutely come back! It looks like the Pad Thai is amazing here, and I was eyeing the Fried Rice and Drunken Noodles as well! We’ll definitely be back!
Definitely give it a try if you haven’t, lots to try...
Read moreDid not have good experience here. Got the food order wrong, had to ask for water twice and chopsticks couple of times (which I ended up grabbing myself alongwith spice rack). Went on Saturday afternoon last week. Server took a long time (~10-15 mins) to come to us even though place was half empty. Ordered beer and thai ice tea with 2 waters. Another server comes and takes order. Asked for water again and chopsticks. 10 minutes later brings water and and ice tea, no beer. Food comes without chopsticks, which I asked for again...5 minutes later nothing. So I walked to the counter and grabbed them myself.
Server comes back few minutes later and asks how is the food, I said we asked for 4 star spice and this is like one star. He looks at the food and says yea it's missing chillies and doesn't look spicy and apologized for it and left, that's it! My and I were just so hungry we just decided to eat with the help of spice rack, which I had to grab myself. I can understand Saturday afternoon you might be short on staff but this is just terrible service. I shouldn't have to ask for water or chop sticks twice and to get the food...
