I have been to fortune palace 2 times now and both times have been beyond terrible! The first time I went the rice was stale and the Lomein had absolutely no taste then I went today for a second time because the other place I go to was closed so I decided to give this place another chance and this time was 100 times worst than the first the orange chicken was soggy and had no taste and an awful texture, the vegetable lomein was pale and had no color or flavor, and the crab Rangoon was just bland. The food literally made me sick and so I called the restaurant and the service was just as terrible as the food the lady was very rude and didnât offer to remake it Nor did she offer to refund me all she did was make excuses and argue with me saying the lomein doesnât have sauce and that just because I got the orange chicken without the orange peel thatâs why it was soggy and tasteless. This was the absolute worst Chinese food I have EVER had and I advise you not to go there if you want good food and service. I will never be returning to...

Three Stars because I ate mine. Should be two stars...

I called in a to go order. They didn't box it up until we arrived, which took a little longer but worked out great because the food was hot and crunchy items, like rangoons, where still crunchy.
I would definitely eat here again and recommend it. Almost worth eating a second time during our trip, but too many other...
