The friendly heavy set girl was having a difficult time to locate the expresso Maggiato and the croissant button. We believe that the owner has not updated his software; therefore, it appears to indicate a not so organized coffee house software after all which was used during the time of the purchase. In the context of technology, it was not the girls 's fault but mainly the owner for not investing his revenue into an update version cash register. Many customers maybe too quick at judging the heavy set girl due to her being new which was not the case.
By not investing in the proper smart software. The job of the cashier made her looked silly when the customer knew for a fact that the fault fell on the owner for ignoring a quick upgrade in the latest technology by just simply by investing in his brand and staff.

Ordered an iced latte with flavor, dude went into the back (away from the espresso machine and all of the supplies to make said latte, mind you) and came back with a drink. There was no espresso ground, there was no sound of ice being poured, and really there was no response from him, other then telling me where to tap.
