Walked in to order food and it’s 12 degrees outside and it was just as cold in the store and I asked someone who was working if they had the heat on and she said “oh we do” with an attitude so I told my family I wasn’t taking the attitude and we weren’t eating here and we left and as we were walking out she said well maybe that’s the problem (the door being open and closed) so my husband turned around and said “who’s the manager?” And one with the attitude said she was, my husband proceeded what makes her think she can talk to us that way and he said “he came here to eat and not for an attitude and not from someone like you” then both workers walked to the back and ignored us. So we left. Very disappointed because Jersey Mike’s is our favorite sandwich shop. Would not recommend that store to anyone. Until those people don’t work there anymore. Us as customers shouldn’t have to put up with that. I had small children and it was freezing in there. And all I asked was...

We stopped in for the first time this afternoon. My sandwich was missing a couple of things, my fault I guess because I didn't make sure they put everything on it, no big deal. Took 2 bites, pulled a hair out of my mouth. Looked at the lettuce on the table, another hair. I took it back to the counter, and was quickly refunded. If the girls have to wear their hair back, so should the guys. It was the blonde hair of the young man working that did not have his hair pulled up like the ladies. From the two bites I took, it was not a $9 sandwich, and my husband said his wasn't anything special. The chips were good. Who doesn't like sour cream...

Best sandwich shop in Town. Friendly fast service, a clean store and a great product. If you are taking your sandwich to go, I would advise to ask for light juice as the amount typically put on will create a soggy sandwich. As for the amount of meat on the sandwich, there was much more than you'd find at your subway or Mr. Goodcents. The Veggies are also of superior quality. I will come back to this Jersey Mikes again.
